Credentials and Contact Info

Jeffrey Adams is a talented guitarist and avid transcriber with over 400 works to his credit. He specializes in Country, Jazz, and Rock, but is able to transcribe anything you throw at him. He has been playing guitar for over a decade and has been transcribing professionally for the last 6 years. During this time, he's had the pleasure of transcribing for Stephen Lynch, Ray Flacke (Guitarist for Ricky Skaggs), Mike Chapman (Garth Brooks session bassist), Chris Leuzinger (Garth Brooks session guitarist), Keeley Electronics, and Gibson Guitars to name a few.

In May 2007, he graduated from the McNally-Smith College of Music in St Paul, MN, with a Bachelor's Degree in Guitar Performance. While there, he studied with Tim Lyles, amazing jazz guitarist Clay Moore, classical and rock extraordinaire Mike Menard, and session ace Cliff Wittstruck. Immediately after graduation, he became the lead guitar player for an independent country artist Kendall Meyer, where playing auditoriums, county fairs, and sharing the stage with artists such as Diamond Rio are the norm. And in August 2008, he started regularly writing, editing, arranging, and transcribing for Hal Leonard Corporation, the largest distributor of printed music in the world.
