Well It looks like after the questions on why we haven't gotten any RPM promos the reason is because, Power Rangers RPM will NOT be airing on Disney XD. RPM will be a ABC exclusive show, which Premieres March 7th at 12 and 12:30 PM.
The Information comes from Power Animals who contacted Disney on the subject of RPM. This is what he got back:

The 17th season of Power Rangers entitled "Power Rangers: RPM" is
currently in production in New Zealand. The series will premiere in
the U.S. on Saturday, March 7 (12:00 noon, ET/11:00 a.m. PT) during
ABC Kids on ABC-TV.

of pre-empting the show for local sports games in the past.
