Some of the cartoon versions are more fun and exaggerate eyes, feet, and movement. They are particularly good if your pet has a distinct sense of humour that sometimes photographs just don't capture.
I never use moulds for my pottery and all my models are hand sculpted in porcelain and are hand painted and finished to your required colour.'your model can also be finished in a bronze or verdigrs colour' Your ideas Size 
Please contact me to discuss any ideas, and perhaps tell me about your pets. Nothing is impossible. I will make you a model of any pet, in any position. I like to have contact with you so I know exactly what you envisage for your finished sculpture, of your dog, cat, pony or even your rabbit. I can work from poor quality photographs if your pet has passed away. Your photograph can be sent to me by email or posted to me.

The size of each model can vary depending on your requirements. As a rough guide, an average size of a free standing model of a pet would be 13 cm X 18 cm. Much would depend on the position and breed of pet required and also where you intend to eventually display it in your home. If you have a particular place, your sculpture can be positioned to suit, i.e. looking up at you if it's on a low shelf, or facing to one side if it's to be angled in a certain direction
