the Life after takes place in the future of the Dragon island. At that time, the humans have found the island, and have lived together for a little while in peace. But political differences resaulted in a great war, humans against anthros. The World War III or Great Anthro War 1. Humans found a way to have unlimited army force, but turning the dead enemies into fearless and obedient cyborgs. This was a hard war for the anthros, because not only were they fighting against machines, but also, they were fighting against the very people they loved (the ones that were turned into robots.)
But, against all odds, with the heroic effords of the young soldiers and the inspiration given to them by the only live robot ever, The Protector, the anthros won the war.

Characters in the story:

Dana (wingless Griffin)
Grown up in an orphanage, her parents were some of the first casualties of the war. She met her husband in the base she fought at, and with him, she made Jimmy. After her hasband died, she dedicated her life in taking revenge against the robots. After she met Babe, her hopes have risen. She met and fell in love with Jesse, best friend off Max, captain of the Canyon fortress. Dana anatomy picture

Jimmy (Wingless griffin)
Son of Dana. He spends his time inside the walls of the village while his mother is out fighting. Babe became his best friend and he would do anything to be with him.

Babe Cleave (Mountain dragon)
The death of his friends and family shocked him real hard, and he spend the following years wondering aimlessly around the world. The beginning of the war found him in the Isle. He wasn't interested in interfering, after all, he didnt see himself as part of the world anymore. But during one of his wonderings around, he saw Dana being trapped unbder some rubble, and rescued her from a bomb. He felt a close attraction to her, not love, but a feeling as if he knew her before, so he stuck close to her. She let him to war in the anthros's site. At first anthros didn't like him, being a robot and all, but slowly they started trusting him, and he is the one who inspired them and helped them win the war. Babe finally had his wish answered and died at one of the last battles as he fought against the gant robotic james.

Jesse (Griffin)
Jesse grew up with Steve in the Canyon Fortress, since their parents took refuge there. He and Steve were best friends, until they found Babe. Jesse was willing to trust the robot, but Steve was too hurt and could not see taht the robot was alive. So they broke up, and jesse drove back to Dana's vvillage to take Babe and Jimmy back. That's where he met Dana and fell in love with her. After the war, the two got married and had a baby boy. They named him Babe, in honour of the Protector

Steve (Razor)
Steve grew up with Jesse in the Canyon Fortress, since their parents took refuge there. He and Steve were best friends, until they found Babe. Jesse was willing to trust the robot, but Steve was too hurt and could not see that the robot was alive. So they broke up, and Jesse walked all the way back to Canyon fortress. After a freak accident, Steve was used by humans as an expirement and was turned into a robot, but he was still alive. Still blaming Babe for all his problems, his only purpose from then on, was to kill him, and everyone around him, including his ex friends. Steve was not a bad guy, he was only too hurt and too angry to see what was good. Steve finally died after a battle with Babe

Max (Mountain-Red dragon hybrid)
Max is the captain of the Canyon Fortress. His body carries many scars from old battles, and everyone respects him and follows his orders. His best friend is Jesse, and he is alwayss willing to follow his and also Chris's advice. After a trap, Chris was turned into a  robot, but because it was done quickly, he was still alive. So he found Max dying, and in order to save him, he turned him intoa  robot too. So, now the two joined Babe in the war. Max anatomy .

Chris (Claw-uknown dragon hybrid)
Chris's mother was a claw dragon, but his father died before he was hatched and he never cared to know about him. His weird coloration is the source of many jokes towards him, but he learned not to care. He is the best tank pilot in Canyon Fortress. After a trap, he was captured and turned into a robot. But because the procedure was done quickly, he was still alive when he woke up. He is a little jelous of Max because of his popularity

Mitchel Cleave (mountain dragon)
He is Babe great grant nephew. He loves mechanics even though he is very young in age. He is, as Babe called him, a young vesrion of Billy Brown     Mitchel anatomy

James Elias. The "villain" in this story. Obviously, he died in his giant form, and the human took advantage of his size. Fear not, the story that comes after this (giant's return and max)makes James back into a good guy :) James Anatomy by Teivos (note: the wings are wrong but the rest of the image is spot on :))
