Very little anthros living inside bodies, simply called as cities. Each "city" has one "care-taker" who makes sure that everything is OK and their host is healthy. The benefits from this is symbiosis, that the tiny anthros have shelter and food an the host (who knows nothing about this) is a little more healthier than normal, thanks to the care taker and the germ police.

Citizents travel from "city" to "city" with busses-aeroplanes. They take electricityy from their host's blood. They have long petruding towers in the blood veins that teh blood cels rub against and create an electric surge (thanks to brother-captain-stern)

The food is taken from the host's stomach and is process in factories. Artificial lights simulate the light of night and day. The waste is taken to the host's own waste (this doesnt hurt the host since the ammount is so small to be found even with exams)

Only the care taker and people in high places (like doctors, policemen etc) know that their "city" is alive. The care taker's office is usually located in the host's head. From there, he watches everything in the body.

In case of injury or illness of the host, the germ--police and doctors work from the inside along with the "normal" doctors outside as hard as they can
