FOunded in 1976, the Arrábida Natural Park is near the Sado RIver.
The highest point in the park is marked by the Serra da Arrábida, 499 m high.
The park's beaches - Portinho da Arrábida and Figueirinha - are popular with the people living in Setubal and Lisbon.
