Circuit training in only 30 minutes
Circuit training alternates upper and lower body strength training exercises with recovery stations in between while maintaining your target heart rate. This is possible with the use of professional hydraulic resistance equipment. It involves strength building (without adding bulk), cardiovascular workout, and stretching in a non-competitive, judgment-free atmosphere.
Benefits women of all ages
Women of all ages can benefit from circuit training. It is ideal for busy women because you are finished in only 30 minutes. At the end of the 30 minutes, you will have maintained your target heart rate, performed three sets of strength training exercises, and burned from 300 to 900 calories.
You perform your exercises to the beat of music with a beat of about 145 beats per minute. A prompt then tells you when to move to the next station and also tells you when to check your heart rate.
Safer
Our equipment is safer for any fitness level because it automatically adapts the resistance to match your level of effort. The faster or harder you push, the more resistance you feel. If you fatigue during the exercise, the resistance decreases automatically.
Training
Before you begin, you will be thoroughly trained by a certified trainer. After you are comfortable with the equipment, you will receive your own code to enter the facilities anytime you want between 5:30am and 10:30pm, 7 days a week.
