All residents of New York State, New Jersey, and Connecticut will be charged sales tax per State requirements.

Shipping and Handling will be automatically included at the following rates for United States shipments:

Frames = Shipping and Handling priced per pair of sides at specific rates according to sides.
Shipping for Lucets - $2.75
Shipping for Pin Cushions - $2.75

ALL OTHER ITEMS, KITS, AND PATTERNS
Orders UP TO $8.00 = 15% shipping and handling charge
Orders OVER $8.00 = 12% shipping and handling charge

All shipping will be done through the US Postal Service.PO BOX Deliveries are possible.

PAYPAL
Your order will be processed by PAYPAL for credit card or checks. You do not have to become a PAYPAL member to use the service. You will be asked if you are a member and if you are not at the end of your transaction you will be asked to join. Simply say "No" if you do not wish to be a member of PAYPAL - your transaction will be processed.

You will be asked a number of questions by PAYPAL so that you and we are protected from fraud. Please answer their questions so that they may process your payment. PAYPAL is a SECURE site and your information will be protected by PAYPAL. They state that they do not share any of your information with anyone - AND we never share your information with anyone.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Items may be returned only with prior authorization by email. Items that are returned must be in NEW, undamaged, and unused condition. All parts included in the package must be enclosed with the return. We will refund the purchase price, and, if paid, sales tax, of the item to you through the same means that the purchase was made. We will not refund shipping or handling charges. Returns must be shipped back to us at the buyer's expense. There are NO restocking fees.

There are NO refunds for downloaded Patterns.
