Why writing about Polyamorist Women?

My impetus for writing this book is to put polyamorist reality in the bookstores, available to women who need it and care to read it. I want to tell true stories of the joys, passion, love, heartaches, addictions, and personal transformations that are unique to our lives as polyamorists.

To date, I count with my own, reduced experience and with the several books I have read. I spent between four and six months educating myself and discussing very personal details about my life and relationships with some of my poly friends. While the body of the book (appearing in fall 2006) will be based on these experiences and readings, I need more.

I need you: your stories, experiences, thoughts, anecdotes, and musings. I want my book to reflect as many of us as possible. Who are you? What is “the self” like for you? I am interested in whom you are, the choices you make, if you feel you are making any difference as a woman. Below you’ll find a few questions that I have written as a guideline. Please feel free to answer them or email me about anything you think is important and may interest other women in our situation.

The book will be copyrighted by me. By emailing me, you agree to release all copyright to me. You are and will remain anonymous. I won’t give real names in the book unless you want me to. As a self-publishing author, I can’t offer any kind of payment or retribution for your help.
