Here's a breif, simple tutorial on how to change the colors of scrollbars on a page!

Copy and paste the following code into your html:

Edit the COLOURHERE parts to your own colours - there is a diagram below of the scrollbar. E.G Where it says DARK-SHADOW COLOR, you put the color you want your dark shadow to be.
