Highway Tournaments
Now what would a league be without tournaments? Well... not so much a league ^^;
Pokemon Highway will feature regular tournaments where trainers can compete to earn points to get prizes for their Diamond and Pearl games.
Member Tournaments
Not only will the Highway be offering "official" tournaments, but you can also host your own
tournament on the forums here! Here are the rules:
2. You may only host ONE tournament at a time. The above rule ties into this as well. You can't create a new tournament until your other one is finished, and because of that you also can't have more than 1 active tournament topic at a time. What I mean by this is that you can't create a new topic until the end date you posted for your other tournament has passed.
3. You may set your own rules for your tournaments Pretty self-explanatory. You can say whether Legendaries are banned or not, how many Pokémon you can use in battle, etc.
4. If you agree to be online to battle on a certain date, be online When you sign up for a tournament the tournament host will usually set a date for the event to take place. Only sign up for a tournament (or host one, for that matter) if you know you will be able to be online to battle or host the tournament at that time. If something big comes up and you are unable to make it, that's understandable, but please be considerate and not leave 20 trainers waiting for you to get online for the tournament to start jut so you can get a few extra minutes of sleep.
