The "Elite 4" of the Highway League. We currently do not have a for-sure list of the Highway Elite members yet since Diamond and Pearl have not been released yet in a America. I'm currently still debating how I should assign the 4 Elite spots. (of course, I plan on being the fourth, since I did make the site and all ^^;)
