Cyril is a warm-hearted soul, creator of all thus he cares for all Pokemon. He is friendly to all, from youngings to adults, and is never gets angry unless fighting is a must. Amazed by nature, he is found always in sunshine and in the heart of it.
History:
Arceus created the beings that started our world, and after led to his slumber. Now awakened once more, he's come to Heara Island to join together with the other leading Legendaries to watch over this Pokemon Paradise. Soon after awakening, he discovered humans on the earth, and they sparked his interest. He then practiced changing form, thus he is much like actual Pokemorphs being able to switch from Pokemon to human and back.

Like many Smeargles, he looks and bleeds like one. Yet, his only difference, his scar, was that the paint that comes from his tail is grey instead of a luminous colour like all others. He was considered 'not a Smeargle' for this, and of this, he bares no mark of acceptance

He lives entirely alone, forcing him to mature quicker. He is quite able to get around and live alone, though memories come back every now and then, and his childish anguish floods back. He is very artistic like his kind, and paints everything that he sees and likes.He is able to use many shades of his coloured tail-tip, making his art more exotic and beautiful then any normal Smeargle.

Juno is fun and cool, she favors to get out and explore.
History:
She was a young girl of 5, an orphan and only child. Everyday she went to the sea shore just alittle ways from the orphanage by herself. It was there that she met the most wonderful Lugia, who also was alone in the world but pregnant. The little girl would visit this Lugia every time she came by, both keeping eachother company.
But one day, the girl didn't come back. She had been in an accident, and sadly died. This shattered the Lugia's heart when she found out, but Arceus had seen this and gave Lugia a chance. The young girl's spirit was renewed into another body, to live on again..
Juno is Athena's[Lugia] daughter, which now lives under the ocean waves as a Lugia Pokemorph. She also lives with her mischievous brother Narcissus. They all live by Heara's Islands coast.

Narcissus is son to Athena, and brother to Juno. Unlike his sister, he is unable to transform to human form.
Father is Bane, a Shadow Lugia.
