Show entry ______  $45.00, or $35 if received prior to 3/15/2009.  $25 for "one division" only.  Entry deadline is 4/13/2009.

Proxy showing is permitted, however, each entrant must pay his/her own individual entry fee.  The show coordinator must be contacted for arrangements.  Please note, we will NOT accept e-mail reservations.  You must send in a written entry to be considered a paid entrant.  We are hoping the show will be completed by 6:00 p.m., however, if it should run late, no refunds will be provided if you must leave prior to completion.

No Show/No Refund policy is as follows:  No refunds if you have entered and have not given the show coordinator notice of extenuating circumstances for your absence one week prior to the show.  Your registration is not complete without a signed release.  If you are under 18, please have your parent or guardian sign too.

By signing this form and attending the show, I acknowledge this disclaimer.  We the undersigned have read and do hearby agree to exhibit at Plastic Ponies On Parade in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on the rules page, including the class rules and judging criteria.  The Fenton High School, showholders and their families, stewards, judges, or any other volunteers are not responsible for any damaged/lost or stolen items and are not liable for personal injury.
