1. First make an image that is any size you want. Also, put the background to the color of the background of where you are putting the image!
2. The, use the text tool to insert any text you want. In the double outline, the font that works the best is Bring Tha Noize.
   
   
3. Next, you go Selections >> From Vector Object and the text will select itself.
4. Now, you go to Selections >> Modify >> Expand >> and you will get this window. Put it to these settings.
   
   
5. Now, you make a new layer under the text, like so, and color it in whatever color you want using the paintbrush or the fill tool.
   
   
6. Again, you click Selections >> Modify >> Expand >> and now, use these settings.
   
   
7. Then, you have to make a new layer under the text and the layer you just created. Fill this layer with the background color.
8. Now, for the last time, you go Selections >> Modify >> Expand >> to these settings.
   
   
9. Make a new layer under all the layers you have made and fill it with a color. NOw, hit Ctrl+D and your done. It should look like this/
   
   
10. If you want to merge the layers that have text, click the little eye thing beside background and go Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible. Then click the eye thing on the background again and your done!
