
- First make an image that is any size you want. Also, put the background to the color of the background of where you are putting the image!
- The, use the text tool to insert any text you want. In the double outline, the font that works the best is Bring Tha Noize.

- Next, you go Selections >> From Vector Object and the text will select itself.
- Now, you go to Selections >> Modify >> Expand >> and you will get this window. Put it to these settings.

- Now, you make a new layer under the text, like so, and color it in whatever color you want using the paintbrush or the fill tool.

- Again, you click Selections >> Modify >> Expand >> and now, use these settings.

- Then, you have to make a new layer under the text and the layer you just created. Fill this layer with the background color.
- Now, for the last time, you go Selections >> Modify >> Expand >> to these settings.

- Make a new layer under all the layers you have made and fill it with a color. NOw, hit Ctrl+D and your done. It should look like this/

- If you want to merge the layers that have text, click the little eye thing beside background and go Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible. Then click the eye thing on the background again and your done!
