In some states it's against the law for an animal shelter to keep a pitbull and place it under adoption, it's automatically put to sleep. It dosen't matter if it's a day old, or five years old, it' not even givin a chance, in this group we all agree that an animal should only be put to sleep if aggressive, or in extreme pain. While thousands of people out there look at a pitbull and automatically think "monster", or "killer". That's not the truth, it's not them, it's us. People are the ones making them mosters, they're taking the gift givin to the breed, and turning it against them. Making them fight, making them aggresive so that they don't know any other way to live. People provoke the fighter inside of them, they should be protected instead of killed off. And as people ourselves, we want to make a difference for the breed, we know we can stop the euthanizing of innocent animals.
