I finally got the book that ive been waiting for.
written & published by
Rebecca Ann Rodgers of USA .
she is in involved with .
International Spotted Horse Registry Association
It will give us a guide line to what they do over there in usa
but we are Australian & dont have to follow their ways here in aussie .
but things will be sorted out when a comittee is formed .
IN NEW YEAR 09
there has been a lot of research
go into forming this new society as a lot know .
