EVOLUTION OF PTK - A little history about us!
Way back in the early years of Y2K....local message boards or local forums about toys were hardly present. lLocal collectors had a hard time acquiring the latest figures and mostly nobody had a place to share their common interest which is TOYS.
PTK evolved from a small group of collectors sharing the same interest in a message board that had videos as the general talk of interest ( PINOYDVD.COM ) this was way back late 2001
In just a matter of months we grew in numbers and the pinoydvd site was swarmed with toy collectors eating up their cyberspace with pictures and post about toys and collectibles, after more than a year...... they have to stop hosting us ....
We were transferred to LET'S C ( friendly anything to talk about forum ) with Abu Q. Dabi as our admin ( a million thanks for hosting us...we really appreciate it ). After a year I decided to create our very own, this time TOYS and COLLECTING were the main focus and interest.

PTK was created Nov. 2004 but was officially opened as a public message board on March 18, 2005. After being together for 5 years as a community, transferred from one to another ....we finally had our own home.
PTK since then has become the largest local online toy collecting community with 3,175 members as of the last count ( March 17, 2007 ) with 1,749,593 hits in a year ( Feb. 14, 2006 - March 18, 2007 ).
Sad to say the community had detractors whose life's ambition was to create havoc and destroy the forum and eventually had the forum PTK @proboards reported and closed down. Luckily we have a back up at http://ptk.14.forumer.com,. This is now our new home.
PTK is a community with the same interest........toys as a hobby.
This is not my message board , this is our message board, for collectors...by collectors..... I just happen to host it.
