Updated the Purchasing Guide, Projects and About the Site sections. The About the Site section also features the Links and a new section entitled FAQ, where can you send in any inquiries you have about hide or my web designing in general.

OK, guys, the new layout is up. Please keep in mind I have simply switched servers and uploaded the new layout. Several sections are still not updated, so be aware of these bumps as you navigate the site (most noticeably there are missing images in the Merchandise section and half of the Lyrics are still not up). Please leave any comments or suggestions in the guestbook, or don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Also, dont forget, you can now preorder the hide PERFECT SINGLE BOX and hide with spread beaver appear!! 1998 TRIBAL Ja, Zoo DVD at CD Japan. I'll be back soon with some more updates and to finish fixing up the bugs.

I'm sorry to have abandoned you all, but things have come up and I'm not longer able to finish putting up the new layout as planned. Until a time comes when I'll be less busy I'll have to leave this site on "static" again for a while. I'm deeply sorry to disappoint you all.
By now, I'm sure all of you have heard that the hide MUSEUM will be closed as of September 25, 2005. This is a huge letdown to me, as I've always wanted to visit there someday. I'm not going to ask you guys to sign any (insignificant and stupid) petitions that have been going around or anything, instead, I ask you to support his music now, more than ever, and remember to keep hide alive through word of mouth and ear.
For my last news update in a while, it's been announced that a single collection, aptly titled hide PERFECT SINGLE BOX will be released on September 21, 2005, in commemoration of the museum closing. As the title suggests, it will include all 13 singles that hide released since his solo debut in 1993 up until his "lost" single, In Motion. The box will also include some card and hologram bonuses, as well as a special DVD, so be on the lookout and don't miss it. There will also be a new live DVD entitled 1998 TRIBAL Ja, Zoo, with no release day yet announced. Please keep in mind this concert DVD does not actually feature hide physically on stage, as this tour was put together by the remaining members of hide's band Spread Beaver after hide's passing, but he does appear consistantly on the large background screen.

Unfortunately, I've grown lazy and haven't transferred the entire site yet. Losing all the images and half of the lyrics has really set me back and de-motivated me. So while most the images in the merchandise section are still down for now, I have managed to post all of the new content that I've been working on. So, you'll find an updated Profile, updated profiles on X Japan and a brand-new hide with Spread Beaver profile under the Projects section, and finally, the Discography has been arranged into neater looking (?) tables and re-arranged in the correct order (how come no one ever said anything about that before?). Until then, I'll be continuing to work on the new layout and trying to track down or re-romanize/translate the remaining lyrics.

The site is not yet finished, but it's halfway there. Thank you all for being so patient. Along with the new layout, there is also a few totally new articles I've written up that you have to long forward to.

About half of the lyrics are up. Right now I'm in the process of converting all the pages to the new layout and switching servers. Along with these changes, I'm also sprucing up the content on all the pages. I'm probably only about 20% done with it all right now, but I'll be sure to let you know as soon as it's all done. The address of the site will not change. I'm expecting to have this all finished by early March. And just in case you're wondering, the 'hiatus' status of the site has (obviously) been taken down. Stay tuned!

Edit: I was able to restore pretty much everything except the lyrics. I'll be working on those tonight and over the next few days. I'm already looking for new, free servers to host this place because all of these banners are giving me a headache already. No guarantee though. I'll keep you guys updated as I go along.
Sorry guys, my host decided to be brilliant and delete all of my files. Luckily, I've kept a back up of everything and will be restoring things in the next few days. I might even possibly be changing servers (although don't worry, the web address will be staying the same). You guys can look forward to some updates and changes in the very near future. Sorry to leave you guys off like this, but there's not really much I can do. Sit tight, this place will be back up and running before you know it!

Oh my gosh, it's been so long! I know I said I put this place on hiatus, but I sort of missed it and did a bit of house cleaning around here. I updated the discography with the new KING OF PSYBORG ROCK STAR release (who'd have thought they'd put out yet another hide 'best' compilation?), updated the links (where did all the hide sites go?), and finally, the guestbook is back, so please be sure to sign it!
Thanks to everyone who continues to come to this website and tells others about it. Everyone should know who hide is and now at the fifth anniversary of his tragedy, here's the time to do your part and convert another person to fandom. I'll see you guys around and keep on rockin'!
