My name is Rhonda K Smith. I live in mid-Missouri with my husband Larry and our son Montana. My husband and I live with in 5 miles of where we were born and raised in a very small country community. Our family's have lived and raised animals in this area for generations. Fortunately I am able to stay home and be a full time mom to my son and puppies. I like to keep my numbers small so that my animals are well taken care of, socialized and loved. I believe in quality not quantity! When a puppy receives love and attention at a early age it will be a very sociable, loving animal. If a puppy does not receive attention early on it will more than likely grow into a timid, scared animal. I have 12 moms in my breeding program. It would be ideal to have 1 new litter a month. But unfortunately the ladies have other idea's. When you get a group of girls together some of them will more than likely start cycling together. Some months we unfortunately have no puppies to offer. Others we might have more than one litter on hand. My days are all about the dogs/puppies! If you have never experienced the love/joy of a puppy I can personaly tell you that they quickly earn a # 1 spot in your heart. My Beagles have been carefully selected in order to stay with in the breed standard. I am state licensed. I refuse to sell to Puppy stores, Puppy mills or Puppy brokers. I reserve the right to refuse a sale. At Pine Forest we are raising family members (beagle babies) for loving homes wishing to add a special pet.
We live in a secluded scenic 86 acre pine forest. I have put in a fenced in park where me and my little canine family spend most of our days. All of my pets are seen on a regular basis by a vet and are current on vaccinations. I use Texas County Vet clinic in Houston, Mo. They have a caring and loving staff that really caters to pets. I breed only beagle's! My beagle puppies can all boast akc champion blood lines. My little one's are handled and loved on daily. When you receive a puppy from me you can rest assured that you are getting a healthy, happy, well socialized puppy!

By placing a deposit or purachasing a puppy it is implied that you have read and understand all of the responsibilites that comes with owning a puppy. Please understand that I do this in a very small way and love my babies dearly and it is very important to me to know that they will be receiving all of the love and care when they leave for their new home's that they received here.
