This section contains the summary of my story, as well as character bios. I know some people out there like to know about the characters before reading the story. Be warned! The bios may have spoilers in them so if you don't want anything ruined for you, do not read this section. These character bios give a description of what they look like.
1. Andrew Castigo- Main character of the story. He is an angel that has been turned mortal. He and Sara where both born on earth as angels. While he was still an angel, he fell in love with a mortal angel (Lana). But God was merciful. Until Andrew tried to go against the will of God. He used his powers to save Lana, but of course her death was inevitable. So he was stripped of his immortality. He is 5'11", an attractive, and muscular man, with glassy light blue eyes. He is 26 yrs. old, and has short jet black hair that he always has combed back. He is a very quiet and shy individual when it comes to others, except for when he is with his sister, Sara, due to tragedies that have occurred in his life. He always dresses in black, as he is still in mourning for Lana. He begins to open up again when he meets a girl, Melissa Allen. Later on, his appearance changes, as he soon tries to look good for Melissa, and he keeps his hair spiked up.
Sara Castigo- Andrew's sister and also an angel, she is a typical teenager, except for the fact that she had the power to look into the future. She is 17 yrs. old. When she learned her brother was to become a mortal because he tried to bend the will of God, she asked God to make her a mortal as well. When she became a mortal, her memory of being an angel of God was erased. Long brown hair, hazel eyes, fair complexion. She is quite attractive as well. She gives Andrew advice when it comes to Melissa, and she loves Andrew very much. She was just a baby when tragedy struck her and Andrew, so, she isn't as affected as he was. After the tragedy, they were both adopted by a foster family. When he moved out, he asked the foster family if he could have custody over her, and the family was nice enough to let him be her legal guardian. He tells Sara all about what happened all those years ago when she turned 15. Their foster family still calls them and talks with them on the phone every once in a while. Anyway, Sara is the person who urged Andrew to begin a relationship with Mel because she knows it's the only way that Andrew will learn to love romantically again.
Melissa Allens- Sara's friend and later, Andrew's girlfriend. Melissa bears a strikingly uncanny resemblance to Andrew's ex-girlfriend, Lana Ansel, and in turn, this resemblance makes it difficult for Andrew to get over her. She is quite beautiful, a brunette, her hair at about shoulders' length, bright green eyes, and a radiant smile. Her personality is quite similar to Lana's as well, a sweet girl who likes to tease Andrew a lot. She lives with her parents in a two story house, and her family is affluent, although they do not like flaunt their money.
Trey Williamson- A friend of Melissa's who has strong feelings for her. He's not afraid to show those feelings because he is a cocky, arrogant guy, who enjoys toying with people's feelings to get what he wants. He is charming as well as handsome, with blonde hair, dark blue eyes, standing at 6 ft. tall, and is very physically fit. He tries to use his charm in an attempt to make Melissa love him, but he fails miserably. His family is affluent as well, and they take pleasure in letting others know the power they possess.
Carlos Rivera- Andrew's best friend since elementary school. He becomes missing for a couple days and is later found by his mother on the fronts steps of their house severely beaten. After being taken to the hospital, he is kept there to be treated for his wounds, to have his mental state observed, and to overcome the trauma of the incident.
Mrs. Rivera- Carlos' mother and only living relative. A quiet lady of short and slender stature, the wrinkles on her tired and haggard face reveal the difficulties she has had as a single mother. She finds her son beaten to pulp and calls an ambulance, 2 days after his disappearance. The hospital allows her to stay with her son at the hospital when he is getting his treatment.
Rick Castigo- Andrew and Sara's father, a fallen angel who had been banished from heaven. Still quite a looker at the age of 46, he has long jet black hair that he keeps in a ponytail. He disappears from his children's lives when they were young. He is a vengeful man, and will stop at nothing in order to get that revenge.
