What does it mean to be in good "health"?
To be in good health, means that you feel good in both body and mind. It's not just whether you feel sick or not, but the overall condition of your body and mind. Health can be categorized into three main sections: mental, social and physical. Each section is equally important in maintaing a healthy lifestyle.

What is mental health?
Mental health deals with the mind and the ability to cope with the world, society and life.

Some contributions to mental health are good self-esteem, relaxing, sleeping, laughing, smiling, having the support and love of family, and the ability to express yourself. These can help improve your attitude and outlook on life, making you healthy.

What is social health?
Social health involves interacting with other people

What is physical health?
Physical health doesn't mean just working out at the gym and getting buff. It's not about losing weight and looking skinny, but by finding what's the right fit for you and your body to be able to perform at the top of its capacity.

It involves getting a good night's rest of sleep, a good diet (food plan and nutrition), not being sick, hygiene, playing sports, going to the gym, being at a good weight, and excercising.
