Friends - It is time to show our United States Court of Appeals our Power.

I need you to call the Office Manager, in the Office of the Clerk in the 5th
Circuit. Call him tomorrow, Monday, December 22,2003. His name is Tim Phares.
His number is 1-504-310-7665. Tell him you are calling in regard to case no.
02-21242. Tell him 'We the People' are watching this case. Tell him 'We the
People' are aware of the violation of 'Substantive Due Process of Law' that is
being attempted in violation of the Natural Rights secured to each of us by our
United States Constitution.
