Pending (Had a court date of Dec. 5th that was delayed by Mr. Brown's attorney).
Presently appealed to Schrunk to prosecute for the third time. We need the
courts to push to hear this case. Mr. Brown loves delaying hearings for months
and years.



6 - Brief summary (1 paragraph) about your case

Kelly Brown went into Oregon, when he was a Washington resident, and got them to
rule custody in the middle of a Florida divorce. He claimed that I was insane,
and Oregon had to save the kids. I have had a psych evaluation on two occasions
- years apart - and the psychiatrist says I am totally sane and there is, and
never was, any justification to strip me of my children. The doctor went on to
say that Mr. Brown's behavior demonstrated he was a "very sick individual". Mr.
Brown provided copious false witnesses and documents to pervert the truth and
deceive the courts into helping him. Meanwhile he stalked me, committed identity
theft, and came at me any way he could find. He himself admitted that I had no
mental issues in the Florida Court at the same time period. He knew that lying
about my sanity would get Oregon to help him. It took years, but now I am
trying to get Oregon to review the custody and note his perjury, misconduct, and
fraud. More so, their whole premise was
based on his lie of my insanity, and therefore they should restore my custody,
since they had no legitimate grounds to rule against me. Mr. Brown should be
punished for his behavior, as should the others who lied because they thought no
one would check the facts. In addition, they should examine their own
willingness to rule the case despite the fact that Florida was, and is, the
proper state for jurisdiction. I have repeatedly asked the DA to prosecute Mr.
Brown and deal with all this injustice. Although they admitted that it looked
like fraud existed, they have refused to deal with Mr. Brown and have only
encouraged his perjury.
