Parental Rights hearing on Oct. 29, '03 - Columbia County, NY

A hearing dealing with Termination of the Parental Rights of John
Turner, a resident of Columbia County NY, will be held in Columbia
County Family Court this Wednesday (October 29, 2003).

· CPS accused John and his spouse of child abuse for disciplining
their 12-year-old daughter.
· A hospital report showed there was no "abuse".
· John contacted authorities about this injustice.
· John has been intimidated by the judicial system (Judge Paul
Czajka).
· John's children were taken away from him and his spouse.
· John was given and served a 20-month jail sentence.
· John and his spouse have allegedly been told to give up their
children for adoption.

John is a solid citizen. He served in the US Navy and the Coast
Guard. He was given a commendation for saving a man's life.

be treated fairly in the hearing to Terminate his Parental Rights.

given a fair hearing.
