Hey guys--heads up. The clerks' office in Lebanon (Wanda) is helping
out and understands that this is really bad (this is where the case
is going to be heard as it was removed from Camden county). The
clerk's office in Camden County is part of the problem. I have
posted the short version and the long fact version of her story (long
version is filed in court) on www.WBFLegalReform.com on upper left
hand side of site. I will have a few pictures posted shortly.
Although some of the pictures cannot be posted due to the area of the
body these abuser inflicted the injuries upon, the injuries are so
bad that the cops are now saying that they had to take her down two
times, the second time b/c even though she was handcuffed and 110
lbs, they were afraid that she may through her 110 pound body weight
around and hurt the three of them. The audio tape of the event does
not support two take downs, nor does her testimony.
The names of the officers are in the long version. Deputy
Chris Moehle was the first guy to stop Miller and who was the one who
was zooming in and backing off for 10 miles in the middle of the
night. He then called his superior who was the primary physical
abuser, Deputy Bart Sims. Then a third officer from a differnt
county showed up and watched without coming to the assistance of Dr.
Miller. He is going to be a yes man, whose name I cannot recall. He
was from Laurie County.
Last time I was in Missouri, I did a report for HOtseat. I
showed up the first day and without a camera and the Sheriff's office
refused to even give me a list of the officer's names that work at
the country. THey refused to give their names and said I not only
had to put my request in writing, but i had to mail it (I could not
deliver it), and then closed the blinds (this was in the reception
area) so that they did not have to answer any more questions. Then I
went to interview Icenogcle and he finally came out and brought me
into his office trying to find out info on me. He now claims that I
threatened his safety --oh please.
The second time, I went back for Integra Communications and
did a camera report for that television station along with a camera
man. I had delivered my letter requesting the names of the camden
country sheriffs and deputies on camera. Two months later, I have
not received a reply. There is much much more that I cannot say at
this time--BUT FOLKS, THIS IS THE KIND OF DOCUMENTATION WE NEED. WE
NEED PEOPLE GETTING THESE SCUM ON TAPE (WHEN LEGAL), GETTING THE
EVIDENCE THEY TRHEW AWAY, ETC. THAT IS WHEN WE CAN PUT THE PRESSURE
ON--THIS IS PART OF THE PLAN B STRATEGIES I TEACH--WHAT TO DO WHEN
THE LAW AND FACTS DON'T MATTER. GET THE GOODS ON THE BOZOS.
