our Christian Brother and Fellow Patriot, Al Adask, has MANY friends,
and we are watching out for Al's well-being!

Hello again Friends and Fellow Patriots,
As some of you may know, I've been corresponding with Al
Adask,publisher &editor of the "Antishyster," and helping him by
sending him Missouri law to help him prepare his documents. He is
in the Jefferson County Jail, which county is next to Washington
County where I maintain my humble abode. Al has been locked up in
that hole now since September, 2002, on some matter involving
child support from a prior relationship. A civil matter has been
converted into a criminal matter, for which All was arrested and
imprisoned.
Based upon what Al has shared with me, there is much irregularity
and due process violation, and he has yet to have a preliminary
hearing and then be arraigned.
While Al seems to be in reasonably good spirits, I detect that he
needs some love and encouragement, having once been imprisoned
for
over eight months myself. Day after day, week after week, and
month after month, it really gets old and frustrating! Friends on
the outside are essential, and the more the better.
At present, Al has developed two boils on his arm, which, as he
describes, are very painful, and are making him sick. He
expressed
concern that blood poisoning may result, and informed me that he
is not getting any medical treatment for this dangerous and
miserable condition.
This is inexcusable neglect of duty on the part of the Sheriff
and
jail personnel!
Therefore, I am putting out this update, and asking everyone to
first of all, send Al a letter of love and encouragement, and
then
let the Sheriff know that there are many folks concerned about
Al's health and well being, and we intend to hold him accountable
for any neglect of duty that he owes to Al, since Al is a
prisoner
in his jail.
