Colorado - "Child Savers, Judicial Criminals" - CPS case

I want to post my case information, and at the bottom of this page, I will list the web addresses of the in depth case information, so that anyone who likes may know the details.  The basic story is: my daughter is 32 and learning disabled, high functioning, you would likely just think she is a little immature for her age.  She has a daughter who is 8. The Child Savers of Fremont  County took her child into foster care on January 6, 2003, in concert with the school "health tech"(not a nurse) and the school principal (both women have biases against my family- I have publicly challenged them in years past)The claims were "head lice, refusal of the mother to treat the lice, filthy neglected child, filthy environment, injurious environment".  The Dependency and Neglect process is a joke, not even vaguely constitutional, and warped and abused mercilessly by the leeches of the family court system (this is true all over the country, not just here) My daughter refused to just "admit the allegations and accept the social services treatment plan to intervene with services to remedy the conditions which caused the removal".  The court whores went CRAZY. They are not accustomed to being challenged. It has now been 8 months.  We have STILL not been to trial. They have tried every ploy known to man to cloud the central issues, and to coerce, intimidate, threaten, etc. The JUDGE

NOW. We got fed up early on in the county case, with the refusal of the court appointed atty to lift a finger, and his obvious support and collusion with the DHS and county atty. So we found a family rights advocate who was recommended to us by people we know well and
trust.  She lives here (Colorado), knows the system intimately, and fights like a bear to try to MAKE these criminals toe the mark. She
is an expert consultant, who prefers to work with the atty to develop a case, and also attends meetings and visits and the like and
documents the goings on, both by witnessing, and by video tape. She also is working on a video documentary project in which she very much wanted to include this case as a prime example of what she is seeing all over the country, more and more. My daughter gave this woman her power of attorney, to allow the advocate to discuss the issues of the case with the atty, access court files, records of other agencies, and to release information to the media, contract for any news coverage that might happen, etc. The absolute FRENZY that came as a result of the court appointed joke attorney revealing this advocates
involvement will blow your mind.  We filed a Federal civil rights case in US District Court for Colorado in Denver, to address the
outrageous deprivations of civil rights of both my daughter and the advocate. The advocate filed the case under the agency of the power of attorney.  The header read:

Before the ink was dry, the District Court Magistrate Judge Michael Watanabe, had already entered an order to force my daughter, April,
to enter her own signature, and plead for herself, threatening Suzanne Shell with Unlicensed Practice of Law if she plead for or
with her. Our objections were denied by District Judge Robert Blackburn. I filed a motion to be joined as her next friend, to assist her in the pleading and presentation of her case, he denied ME, her mother, also, with the same threats. REASON?  "She is over 18, has not been declared incompetent by any court, and indeed seems competent to me" I argued in court, "But she is incapable of pleading this case, and understanding the legal jargon, and nuances.  If she is unable to adequately explain the deprivations, and can't afford counsel, then she HAS no civil rights?"  The judge told me that she could hire an

We are currently in the process of filing answers to the motions to dismiss filed by the various players, the deadline for that is August 25.  The kick here is that April is supposed to file answers and arguements to the SIX LAWYERS' pleadings BY HERSELF. I am, of course, helping her, but I am ordered not to plead FOR her, so the pleadings have to remain within the scope of what she is able to read, explain and justify on a witness stand. She will likely be asked to prove that she wrote and understood the pleadings. They seem MUCH more interested in keeping any NON lawyer from infringing on thier little private club of judicial and legal elite than they are about the ABSOLUTE civil rights nightmare April has faced for the past 8 months.  All facts of the case, and issues of relevancy seem to
disappear when they discover that she is pro se, and that she is recieving help from the Advocate and I. As if it is much more important to protect THEIR little kingdom than it EVER was to protect April and people like her from dishonest and corrupt courts. I am so LIVID, I can't describe it. Any support any of you find it in your heart to offer will be greatly appreciated.  Any ideas or suggestions about finding a lawyer with the *&^%$s to fight this case, I would REALLY be happy to hear. I have tried EVERY place I can think of for help, and scored NOTHING. They don't like going up against their own. HELP??
