Nearly everything you need can be found here, a free usage Cd Key (from Novalogic themselves due to age of game), the No-Cd Patch, DF Favs and CB Config update as well as the required NlExe update patch (updated for WinMe users) with a picture with info walking you through the update process.
Some maps are available for downloading directly from the links here.
My custom add-ons (Huds Aka Screen Skins, Mods, Terrains) will be available here as I get them uploaded. All of my files have been scanned by AVG Anti-Virus before uploading and tested to be virus free from my downloads after having them uploaded.
I don't make cheats, cheat mods, flagnecks, player skins, etc., you will NOT find those here, this site is for Non-Cheat add-ons only. Everything I make is Cheat Blocker compatible, has been tested before uploading, and gives no player any advantage over any other player.

Latest Additions: Rid-Cheat-Skin Mod (made by Allen "Dr.Evil~Tag" Stewart 2/76-4/07 ) in DFFavs/Cheat Blocker Category. (*note* This mod was made prior to the Nlexe/cb update so it won't fix the "player skins found" error caused by previous installations of the Rambo knife pack. DO NOT install the Rambo Knife pack after getting the Cheat Blocker installed and updated or you will get the error message. It is caused by the Knife.3di file (3rd person knife view) being in Df2.pff and since Doc has since passed away there will be no update to it. It will work for any other player skins that may have been installed so I'm leaving it up for downloading, as well as being a tribute to Doc since it was the last thing he made for DF2 that I know of and he made it for me without even asking. A great man and he is greatly missed. If you get the player skins error afterwards you will need the PFF File Extractor and use it to delete the Knife.3di file from DF2.pff. The CB Config update now checks for 3rd person weapon modifications as well as player skins and DF2 memory altering programs.

Can't Join Nova Servers?
This is a problem some people reinstalling the game had problems with.
Once you've done the DF2 game update (by clicking update product on the game load screen) and have done the NLExe Patch update, and you still can't join Nova servers,
it may be that you have a fast cpu (in the GHZ range) and need the audio hardware acceleration disabled.
For Windows/XP (this differs for different systems and also depends on your graphic card):
1. open control panel
2. open sounds and audio devices
3. under speaker settings, open advanced
4. click on performance
5. move the hardware acceleration slider to none and click ok
After that try to join a Nova server again, if that doesn't work try downloading the Startup.htm file loaded here as it's my current one that works.

Temporary Blank Nova Page Fix and Novalogic Browser error due to server down time
if you see this message:
Bad Response From Server
Bad Response From ServerDuring these time you can get into public games by using
DF Favs (<--click for full download)
If you have DF Favs and see the bad response message click the star icon on the left
that will bring up DF Favs Lobby and CB links, click the DF2 Fav World Link
Click All at the bottom left, that will show all servers in public
click on the server you want to join, it will then be added to the top list in df favs with players/type/server/ping info
Go to the top list and right click the server you want and choose join
when DF2 loads you will be automatically sent to that server after the options screen
Alternative is to go to this page by pasting it into settings Novaworld box in df favs :

highlight ANY server and right-click on it and choose Properties or (copy link location in FF browser, this will be the nova key)
a box will pop up with the Nova Key:

Add it to DF Favs, go in that server by right-clicking an choosing join, then leave the server
After that you can browse novaworld main page to join JSM or other servers on the main page, and you should be able to get in the normal way without using df favs afterward.

This is a fix for a problem some people had with DF Favs with the lobby pages not showing:
Start DF Favs, Click Setings, Under Game and in the "Novaworld" box it should read "http://nw2.novaworld.net/df2lobby8q.htm"
If it doesn't, copy and paste that link into the Novaworld box.
If you can't get DF Favs to work you can try using DF Pinger

into the homepage browser box, click any server and you will autojoin it

That will bring up the servers running in Novaworld public
Set where your DF2 folder is located if not in C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force 2 before you try to join
If that didn't work for you you can try IP4DF2 to get in but you would need to know the IP of the server (Sorry, I don't have a list)

Read the help file included for info on how to add servers to it. (You use the same Novaworld link above and drag and drop to the program)
The download is a zip file, if you don't have or don't want to use winzip or winrar, you can use the always free freeware program called 7-Zip:

and it will open zip and rar files.
If you get a "bad key from server" message when trying to join servers through DF Favs, remove the server from the top of the Df Favs list
and then add it back and try again, it that doesn't work click "settings" then "Download Config" and then try doing that again.
If you can't read characters on Nova pages, go to Control Panel, System/Advanced
under Performance click settings and choose "Adjust for best performance", then the text will be readable.

Another NLEXE Update required
If you're one of the many people who have recently reinstalled the game you will need to use this patch in order to access the online servers.

FPS Satellite Play RE: DF2
i.e. DF2 is the category of being a twitch game.
This is what I have to use in the daytime, you'll see me playing as Phø(-²) or Phøßø§«x³»-² the -2 signifying that I'm on the 2 second lag connection (see below) at the time, (required by the hosts of the servers I usually play in) otherwise when I can use dialup I'll be playing as Phøßø§«x³»
#2 Equals up to a 2 second delay sometimes, oddly this connection does not lag the servers the player is in (I guess because it's actually a fast connection, but slow on server/client response).
Using Hughesnet you will be 1 to 2 seconds behind the game, in a knife fight if it's a tie, to the other player it may at times seem like they got deadknifed (because of the lag/latency issue) as they will die 1 to 2 seconds later, even though on the satellite players end it happens at the same time and you may get banned for "cheating" even though you aren't.
You may also look like you are teleporting at times when it's just the lag/latency connection.
Best to just stand still or go prone when knifing so there isn't the player placement lag, although most people will shoot or grenade you, better to do that than get banned.
Explosives work best so use the M4 Grenade Launcher, don't use delay nades unless it's a very small cqb map, try to avoid knife fights so you won't be accused of cheating and possibly get banned, knife on spawn if you must, it's kind of expected then, otherwise use the explosives or run away.
Weak gun bullets have little to no effect, i.e. the mp5, UAR, Law rockets "usually" have no effect either
I lawed another player recently and he responded by saying "Nice cheat".
Most times they don't work and the other player never even sees the law rocket that "hits" them (because the target usually isn't at that spot 2 seconds later) so use the M4Grenade launcher or the SAW, but bullets don't usually kill people unless they are in the same spot for 2 seconds. Sniper rifles work ok but you usually have to HIT your targets 3 to 4 times before they die and you'll have to lead the targets by a two second lead, not easy to do.
#4 Means Teamspeak and other voice programs won't work very well either because of the delay. I tested this and the voice is just garbled and unrecognizable.
For the hosts of servers: You probably won't have to deal with anyone else on this connection as I'm probably the only person who would put up with the playing the game on it :D
