CSUSB Phi Alpha Honor Society

In order to apply for membership to Phi Alpha you must first complete 9 units of Social Work courses with a 3.25 GPA or greater. You must also have a 3.0 overall GPA or greater. Once you believe you have met these requirements you can contact any Phi Alpha officer and they can provide an application for you. The application has two parts to it,  an Eligibility form and the Application form. Please fill both forms out completely. The Application portion will go to the Phi Alpha President with your membership dues, and the Eligibility form will go to Dr. Laurie Smith, club adviser, for GPA verification.

The Mu Upsilon chapter accepts membership applications in the Fall and Winter quarters only due to time lines with graduation recognition requirements.  However, we invite all to participate in our worthy causes regardless of membership.
