These short stories is what I think will happen in the story mode of MK vs DC.Chapter 7: Deathstroke It has been a crazy day for Deathstroke, he has seen places changing and strange beings appear out of nowhere. But that didn't stop him from accomplishing his plan of breaking into the bank. Moving stealthily through the bank, like a shadow and dodging any security alarms. Finally arriving to the vault, but to Deathstroke's surprise it was already open. There inside was a man, his face half metal with a glowing red eye(Kano). Quietly Deathstroke creeps up behind the man and takes out his mini UZI. Kano suddenly felt something touch the back of his head. "Now tell me what you are doing here, before I blow your head off" said Deathstroke. With a grin Kano quickly does a leg swipe, knocking Deathstroke down. "I'm the guy who's going to cut you to pieces nice and slow and hear you scream for mercy". "I don't think so." (screen freeze and battle begins)Chapter 7: Deathstroke Part 2: Both Deathstroke and Kano crash through the wall of the bank and into the streets. Both jump away from each other and start running in the same direction. Deathstroke starts to fire several bullets and Kano uses his eye laser. Both not being injured at all. Deathstroke runs out of bullets and pulls out his sword and advances toward Kano, while block the laser with his sword. Kano sees no way to stop him, takes out his knives. Metal clash and sparks fly as they both fight. Seeing a opening Kano goes for a stab in the stomach. Direct hit but the knife only punctured the armor of Deathstroke. Deathstroke punches Kano and sends him flying into a car. Not strong enough Kano summons his inner anger. Deathstroke sees his hands cover in red energy and gets ready for whats to come. Kano goes and attack with his only knife and physical force. But Deathstroke dodges with ease. Kano does a finally move and uses his fist of power. Too swift to dodge, Deathstroke blocks with his sword. But Kano's fist of power shatters the sword in two. Deathstroke seeing a opening use the whats left of his sword and stabs Kano. Kano's eyes filled with surprise. "You..son of a..." and Kano falls unconscious. Before Deathstoke can finish the job, he sees the Dark Knight and a woman coming. Before being notice Deathstroke slips in the shadows.The end of Chapter 7. Chapter 6: Lex Luthor Walking around the mysterious temple, Lex Luthor examines his device. "Looks like my new device failed me. Instead it transport me to this...place" said Lex. Use the build in GPS system in his power suit, Lex tries to find his location, but the GPS says no signal. Hearing a sound from behind one of columns in the temple, Lex fires a blast of energy from his palm. From behind the rumble, a man(Baraka) appear, face still in the shadows. "So you are one of the creatures from the other world. If it wasn't for Raiden, I would chop you to pieces." said Baraka. Then coming out of the shadows, Lex sees a wide grin filled with razor teethes. "Hm watch what you say vermin, I am your superior. I have faced opponents more disgusting than you, so bring it on" said Lex. Swiftly Baraka swaps his blades together, sending sparks flying to Lex. Lex block, "You call that an attack, taste this!" yelled Lex, then he sends a blasts of energy toward Baraka. With nothing to block the attack, Baraka is flying through several columns, until going through a wall and landing on the bottom of the stairs. "Ooo I can't wait to see you bleed to death human!" yell Baraka. Lex flys down getting ready for whats to come.(screen freeze and battle begins)Chapter 6: Lex Luthor Part 2 Baraka spins like a top, with his blades extended. Lex lift his arm and blocks with his armor. Only creating little scratches, Lex quickly grabs Baraka by the head and swings Baraka to the ground several times. Then lifting he right in front of Lex, Lex sends a current of energy through Baraka's body, while Baraka screams in agony. Finally finished, Baraka lays on the ground unconscious. "Pathetic" said Lex. "But you are not dead yet, I am going to use you in a experiment and you will be my minion forever". Lex starts to walk away to find Metropolis dragging the body of Baraka with him.End of Chapter 6. Chapter 5: The Flash The Flash running faster then the speed of light, searches Central City. After the meeting at the Fortress of Solitude, Flash learns that their world and some other world are merging. Some from the other world have become allies and others still out there causing havoc or finding answers. Batman said that we should find them fast or things may get worse. Finally Flash spots someone that seems to not fit in with the citizens and is causing trouble. There in the crowd a woman(Sonya) dress like she is in the military, is threatening a man. "What is going on here and where am I. Tell me and no one gets hurt" said the woman. "I-I don't know please don't hurt me" said the man. "Leave that man alone, I have the answers you want. Others from your world are with us" said Flash. "How bout you show me some proof" said the woman. "Well I really don't any proof lady". "Well until then I will have to fight you for some proof then" said Sonya. "I can't fight a girl. It's just not right" said Flash. Well, I am a different kind of girl" said Sonya. "Either you are crazy or you are just daring, you'll never land a hit on me" said Flash. "Lets see about that then" said Sonya. But before she could move, she felt a tap on her shoulder. "I am right behind you. No I am here. No here" said the Flash. The Flash could move to different spots, before Sonya could even blink. Getting annoyed Sonya closes her eyes and concentrates. With quick reflexes, Sonya blows pink powder in the Flash's face. Blinded, the flash can not run. Seeing her chance Sonya hits Flash in the air with multiple kicks.(Screen freeze and battle begins.)Chapter 5: The Flash Part 2 To an ordinary human it looked like Sonya was floating and being hit by a invisible force. But if you look closely it was the Flash coming from all directions, punching Sonya. Finally falling to the ground, Sonya felt sore all over her body. "I'm not finish yet". Sonya begins to clang her wrists together when, Liu Kang appeared and said "Stop!". Sonya look at Liu Kang with a confused face. "It's okay Sonya, they are our allies" said Liu Kang. "How are you sure" said Sonya. Well it the only thing we can do now. But we need to locate Raiden, fast" said Liu Kang. "Now come guys, we have a long journey ahead of us".End of Chapter 5 Chapter 4: Captain Marvel Captain Marvel is flying with the speed of the God Mercury toward the Fortress of Solitude. He has been told to meet there with the other heroes of what to do with the situation of the merging of the two worlds. Finally the crystal structure is a insight and only a few miles away. He enters the fortress and looks around, but to his surprise he arrived early. But before he can even look around, he is hit with a blast of fire. Getting back to his senses, Captain Marvel looks around, trying to find the intruder(Liu Kang). But he hears a voice echoing through the fortress, "Where am I and where is Kitana?". "Sorry but I don't know any person name Kitana. But you are in the Fortress of Solitude" said Captain Marvel. "I don't know who you are or this mysterious world. But you maybe a enemy and I am not taking any chances" said the intruder. Then from out of nowhere the intruder does a flying kick right on the face of Captain Marvel. Then sending a fire blast in the shape of a dragon in both hands, knocking Captain Marvel against the crystal wall. Though Captain Marvel felt little plain from the attacks because stamina of the God Atlas. "If you want to fight then we will fight" said Captain Marvel.(screen freeze and battle begins)Chapter 4: Captain Marvel Part 2 Combining the speed of Mercury and the strength of Hercules, Captain Marvel punches Liu Kang with all his might. Sending him through several walls of the fortress. "That should finish him" said Captain Marvel. Looking through the walls, though the cloud of dust still making hard to see. Captain Marvel sees something coming right at him and it's big. There right in front of him was a huge dragon coming right at him. But with his great speed, Captain Marvel dodges the attack and grabs the dragon from the back with his arms, using great strength. Then Captain Marvel lift the dragon over him and yells [b]"Shazam!"[/b] Electrifying the dragon. "One more should do it, [b]Shazam!"[/b] But seeing this coming Liu Kang uses his long neck and bites the enemy. Finally getting away from the enemy's grip, while the enemy gets hit by the lighting. Getting ready to consume the enemy, Liu Kang stops in shock. What was once the enemy, was replace by a average boy. Transforming back to his real form, he tells the boy "I can not harm a defenseless child. I don't know what is happening, but you may be a friend." "Maybe we are, we will learn more when the others come" said Captain Marvel.End of Chapter 4Chapter 3: The Joker Kitana is walking through the meadows of Edenia. When she sees a man dress in a purple suit and with a cane coming her way. When the man was close enought, the man's face made Kitana sick. It was nothing she has seen before and she has seen a lot in her life. "Hello madam, you may call me the Joker" said the man. Then he extended his hand to shake hands with Kitana. Kitana sees no harm and goes along. But right when both hands touch, Kitana felt a intense pain throughout her body. Then she fell on her knees. While the Joker laughs and skips around her. "Whoops, sorry wrong hand, HA HA HA. How bout you pick a card any card" said the Joker. Seeing how dangerous this Joker is, she jumps back. Kitana then takes out her fans, getting ready for what is coming next. "Awww you don't want to play, then catch" said the Joker. Joker throw the cards and it exploded in front of Kitana, sending her flying across the meadow. She then hits against a stone and stood still, with her back on the stone. "That's it you're dead freak!" screamed Kitana. "Bring it on" said the Joker. He throw his cane to the side and puts his fist up, like he never had any fighting experience.( Screen freeze and battle begins)Chapter 3: The Joker Part 2 Joker takes out a giant boxing glove and launches it at Kitana. Too tired, Kitana gets hit directly and falls to the ground. The Joker walk over to her. "HA HA HA HA that was fun. But I am not going to kill you yet. I am going to explore this new land and make it my own". The Joker than bows down to Kitana. Kitana still having a little conscious left, sees the Joker pick up his cane and walk off into the meadow. Then Kitana's eyes closed.The end of Chapter 3. Chapter 2: Superman There in the middle of the city, Superman lay on the ground unconscious. He starts to awake and look around at all the destruction left by Lex Luthor and his device and hears people screaming and running. All Superman could remember was right after Lex's device activated a light appear in the sky and the whole city started to rumble. Superman looks around seeing buildings torn apart, cars laying everywhere and the globe of the Daily Planet crushed into a building. But what shock Superman, was a yellow ninja(Scorpion) screaming "Answer me!". Superman gets up and say "Who are you?". Scorpion looks at the brave human who called him with a look in his eyes. "I am your worse nightmare" [b]GET OVER HERE![/b] screamed Scorpian. Suddenly Superman feels a searing pain. Looking down, Superman sees a spear connected on a rope leading to the yellow ninja. "Th-Thats impossible" said Superman. Before Superman could even snap out of his shock, he was being pulled toward the yellow ninja. Scorpion quickly pulls several punches on Superman and sends him flying back. Superman gets up, filled with rage. His eyes begins to glow red(Screen freeze.Battle begins)Chapter 2: Superman Part 2 Superman grabs Scorpion and smashes him into the ground, sending a shock wave destroying the windows on the building. Standing over his opponent, "Now lets talk" said Superman. Scorpion lays there laughing "In my world we settle things by fighting". Scorpion removes his mask, revealing a flaming skull. "Burn in hell". Scorpion then breaths a blast of fire. Superman quickly dodges in time, but half his cape burned. Knowing that he can not win, Scorpion surrounds himself in fire and disappears. Superman watches with anger as his opponent leaves and not discovering anything, about the mysterious ninja. In the distance Superman sees the Batmobile coming his way and smiles.End of Chapter 2
Chapter 1: Batman Swiftly jumping from building to building, Batman patrols Gotham City. Stopping on the edge of a gargoyle statue, Batman looks over the city with his keen eyes. Suddenly Batman sees a big flash of light over where Metropolis should be, Gotham's sister city. "What the hell is that" said Batman.But before he could even move, the whole city started to shake with tremendous force. Suddenly losing his balance, Batman falls and starts to lose conscious... Batman's eyes slowly open. Wondering how he could have survive that fall. After getting on his feet, Batman observe the new environment. All around him, graves lay, surrounded by trees. Though in the distance, Batman spots Gotham City."Where am I?" said Batman."State your name intruder" said the stranger, who suddenly appear out of nowhere. Batman turns and eyes lock on the stranger, "You first" said Batman. But without hesitation, the stranger launches a ball of ice. Batman quickly dodges the attack and counters with a batarang, but misses. With quick speed, both run at each other, getting ready to strike first.(Screen freeze and first battle begins) Chapter 1: Batman Part 2 Batman does a final kick on his opponent. The ice ninja falls, but is not finish yet. "Not bad, stranger said the ice ninja. "What is your business here. It seems that you are not from my world" said the ice ninja. "No I am not. It looks like both our worlds have merge, something is not right and I am going to find out what" said Batman. It seems that we seek a common goal, you may call me Sub-Zero". "I still don't trust you, but it looks like I may need your help. Call me Batman". Sub-Zero looks at him with a confuse face. "We must get to Metropolis". Calling on the Batmobile, Batman jumps in. While Sub-Zero looks at the odd object with an odd look in his eyes. "Strange names and objects you have in your world Batman" said Sub-Zero. "Just get in" said Batman. They ride off to Metropolis, but they do not know what is going to happen and the evil they will face. End of Chapter 1 So what do you guys think?
