1. Each Student must give 48 hours of notice either through phone contact at 647-501-8147 or through e-mail at pgproductionsvocalstudio@gmail.com to inform their teacher that they will not be attending lessons for that week. A full weeks’ notice is ideal, but 48 hours is the least amount of notice or there will be a late cancellation fee.
2. PG Productions Vocal Studio must provide one make-up session within the same month of the missed lesson. However, there is only two make-up sessions per year for each Student.
3. Payments are made in advance at the beginning of the month for the rest of the month.
4. If a Student is absent for more then 2 classes (within the same month) without discussion or without previous payments arranged, PG Productions reserves the right to replace the time slot with another student. If a student wants to continue lessons, a new time slot must be arranged.
5. If a student is late during their lesson for whatever reason, then PG Productions will still expect the student to make a full payment for the hour. If a teacher from PG Productions is late or keeps a student waiting within the hour of the lesson, $10 will be taken off the hourly price for every 15 minutes late.
