Everyday News for Animals' Fur

  We have been using animals' fur for years. Animals have been captured for making fur clothes, leather boots, leather handbags and so much more. Animals are now suffering from gunshots, traps that people lay and other known items that kill it. 

  Some laws have been made to prevent animal endangerment. Other animals sometimes attack people, so people sometimes kill them. Some animals need to eat other animals to survive, such as the food chain. 

  Some people think that animals’ fur is very beautiful, so then they buy fur clothes. The other people (the ones that think that killing animals are bad) don’t wear animal fur because they say that it is cruel for the animals. 

  For example, one store at Perthshire was selling hamster fur coats to people.

Several animal charities asked shoppers to avoid the shop in Perthshire after finding out over 100 hamsters were killed to make each coat. 

  The coats were £1,750 each, were made in Russia, also the hamsters. The spokesperson for Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA) said they were worried about the way the hamsters were killed. The hamsters were gassed at Russia.
