Spot Checks are where we visit your home and make sure everything is alright. We can also feed any pets if required, all you need to do is provide their food. We can do Spot Checks on your home, 2nd home or rented property. However this service is only available in Sussex. We do recommend at least 2 visits per week on empty properties for security reasons. Mail forwarding is also available with this service however, postal charges are supplementary and will need to be arranged prior to the start of the assignment. £10 per visit in Brighton and Hove area (including Steyning, Shoreham, Patcham, Lewes and Seaford). Outside those areas is £15 per visit. Round the Clock House Sitting is where we come and stay in the property for the time you are away from home. We can look after pets and provide them with company, food and fun too! PLus you get two people for the price of one or 57p per hour per person. A small amount compared to the damage caused by intruders! £25 per day (plus our travel costs to a maximum of £60.00 ) Delivery Waiting Service - Deliveries can be a real pain because they never give you a set time. They tend to give you a time slot such as between 8am and midday or 11am until 4pm. This causes stress, loss of earnings and hassle for all parties concerned. We can be there for you when you can't. For a 4 hour time slot, £25, and for a 6 hour time slot, £30. If longer time slots then price is on application. Holiday Let Caretaking Packages is designed for Holiday Flat owners. We charge £50 per booking, ie from the moment the paying guest checks in (with no time limits!) to the moment said guest checks out and we clean the property to a high standard. If guests are staying for more than 7 days, then an extra clean/linen change is £12 extra. Key Holding is available and details are discussed upon application. However, prices do start from a very reasonable £50 per month for 4 keys. |
