PetHouse not only provides Home and Pet Sitting services, we also provide key holding; holiday let caretaking packages as well as other services. All of which are detailed on our Rates and Services page.
There are only two people in the business, one is a former retail manager and the other a former probation/prison officer. We have a combined total of over 20 years in Customer Service so we know what the customer wants. By having just two of us in the company we can provide a more personal touch for our customers.
All of our fees are fixed but competitive. Other companies charge much higher daily rates as well as adding on supplements for pets or bank holidays, we do not charge extra for pets or bank holidays. With the Property Services (ie key holding; caretaking etc) we do not charge a percentage fee! There are no hidden extras.
