*Make s fitness/exercise journal.Every week plan for about 45 minunts a day[min 30]along with what exercises you'll do how maney,where you'll do them.Each day shound be a little diffrent.And change it every week and add more exercises for longer.

*Paint your nails

*Give your self a facial

*Watch TV

*Go for a jog

*Go for a bike ride

*Vist pro ana/mia site

*Work on your ana book if you have one start making one!

*Write a letter to your self.Not telling yourself that youre to fat and need to lose weight,but telling yourself that you can do it,dont give up and why you should keep going.

*E-mail everyone you know

*Blast you radio or fav CD and dance,dance,dance baby!

*Burn you own CD

*Flip though your thinsperations

*Drink ice water

*Watch a movie or go to the movies

*Do some situps,crunches,pushups or use an ab roller while watching tv or a movie

*Take a shower

*Do your hair.Try to make it what it isnt[if its curly make flat]Why?It'll take you a long time so you cant eat

*Play a musical instrument

*Learn a new language

*Go walk arount the mall

*Go hiking with friends

*Create your own website.ana or not

*Play a board game with your friends.Or do a large puzzle

*Clean your house from end to end.You burn calories,keep busy and if youre a teen your parents will be very happy with you.So happy in fact that they wount bug you about youre eatting.If you are on you own trust me you thank youself in the end.

*Brush your teeth when you want to eat.NOTHING taste good after you brush you teeth.

*Flip though a magazine

*Go to a salon

*If you go to school.Go to a game

*Spend time with your friends doing anything but eating

*Paint or draw

*Get a job.If you have good selfcontrol work at a food place[fast food,chain restraunt,cafe]That way when someone asks you did you eat you can say you ate at work because of your discount.

*Flip though a magazine like fitness,shape or self for tons of exercise tips and more

*Go though tablodes looking for thinsperation photos or words.

*Take a class from your local parks and rec. Like dancing,sewing,yoga, acting etc

*Join community thearter

*Shop for gifts even if the birthday/hoiladay is far away

*Volunteer. Its great you're so busy that you don't and cant think about food or eat http://www.volunteermatch.org

*Read the dictionary. Hey, its something and you'll learn new wards :)

* Write a story or hey even a book. About you or just made up

*Rent some movies and just relax! Or have some friends/family over and make it a movie party

* Take a class at a community college. If you go to college you're busy enough, but if not a class on anything can help. You spend time not only in class but also studying and do homework.

* Start your own club on anything you want. Diet,animal rights,makeup,rap fans whatever

*Make a news letter for everyone on anything

*Take random photos with a toss away camera

*Swim

*Babysit

  • 100 cal. Packs of Popcorn
  • Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice  (Brand New)
  • Diet Coke
  • Seaweed Cracker (Baked, not fried, 99% Fat Free, and gluten free.  90 calories per serving. And it's a HUGE serving size).
  • Water
  • 'Safe' Fruits & Vegetables
  • Slim Mints 
  • Caffiene Pills, Works just Like Diet Pills for $4
  • Diet Pills if you have enough money
  • Sugar-Free Gum
  • MouthWash
  • Small Measuring Tape
  • Canned Vegetables [I personally like the ones in the bag, that you store in the freezer, so you can measure it out..and not be such a hog and eat the whole can. PLUS, they come drained, without water..so they won't be slimmy when you steam them.]  
  • Campbells "Soup At Hand", Most are Low Cal. 180 cals. That's sorta alot..Maybe the Chicken ~n~ Stars are 70 cals.
  • OTC Sleeping Pills, if your Asleep you cant eat!
  • Flavored Water. Grape is my favorite.
  • Vegetarian Hotdog, Chicken & Hamburger Meat. It's in the fruit and veggies asiel at Wal-Mart. 
  • Pomegranate Juice, Great While Fasting, but has Cals.
  • Breath Mints. If you are Bulimic, then you'll need this..no one wants to smell Vomit Breath. Plus..you wouldn't want anyone to find out.
  • Get Tanned!  Go to the tanning bed, or to the beach.  Since I don't like my flab exposed to everyone I usually just get in my tanning bed that I have at home. Or if you can't afford the tanning bed trips, which are like 3-5 dollars. Isn't that expensive, but they add up. You can get the self-applied tanning lotion/foam.  It sometimes make you streaked and orange if you don't apply it right. [I go to the tanning bed atleast 5 times a week..when I want to tanning beds that have better bulbs.  Which 5 trips is 25 dollars.]  
  • Fashion Magazines, Best Thinspo Ever! Vogue is my favorite.
  • Skim or Fat Free Milk. If you drink milk.
  • Fat Free pop sicles.  Grape, and Banana are my favorites.  They taste the best. Or you can get 'Skinny Cows' They have CHOCOLATE! And they are fat free,
  • Special K cereal.  Replace 2 meals with the cereal and lose up to 2 pant sizes in 10 days, or something like that

  • Staying Motivated

    So you've started a new diet plan and you're really excited about it. But then the weekend comes and your motivation has come to an all time low. You keep asking yourself, "whats the point, I'm going to fail sooner or later, anyway.." You let yourself take two bites, three bites.. And then you're off.

    To combat that:

    ---> Create a thinspiration book. Seperate into sections, assigning each section some sort of subject. For example, one section can be for pictures, another for your food journal, another for quotes/lyrics/etc.

    ---> Wear a red bracelet. Associate it with ana. Think of all the other Anas in the world, starving the same way you are. Do you really want to let them down? Do you want to let Ana down? Do you want to let yourself down?

    ---> Wear a rubberband around your wrist. Snap it everytime you want to eat. Pretty soon your mind will associate pain with food and you will notice a decline in cravings/hunger.

     ---> Similarly, reward yourself every time you don't eat. Your mind will associate not eating as a rewarding experience.

    ---> Write your goal weight on your wrist. If/When people question it, just say that's the grade you want for a test. If its above 100, say its a project and thats how many points you want. If it's a really low goal weight, then just put a temporary goal in, say, 10 pounds less than you are now.

    ---> Save up all the money you have from not eating and buy yourself something you will remember. Perhaps a better ana bracelet, an exercise machine, some good ED books, or some clothes!

    ---> Speaking of clothes, buy yourself a pair of jeans that are one size too tight. Push yourself to fit into it within a month. However, don't make the size difference drastic. It might make you feel worse in the end, and therefore, you might cave and eat in a fit of negativity.

     ---> Keep a record of everything you eat when you restrict. Do the same when you binge. Compare the two when you're hungry, and think of which you'd like to see as your total for the day.

     ---> Exercise. It encourages release of endorphins, which makes you happier. Happiness will lead you not to binge.

    ---> Pretend you're a thin person. Pretend you are where you want to be. If you were 98 pounds, would you really be eating that garbage? You're too beautiful, too pure, too clean for that dirtiness.

     ---> Set yourself small goals instead of big ones. Instead of twenty pounds, set your goal to five. By making it smaller, you'll reach it faster, and therefore, feel more motivated to reach more goals faster.

    ---> Weigh yourself weekly. Seeing a bigger decline in numbers will make you hopeful. Losing .5 lbs everyday might piss you off, but losing 4 lbs every week is much better of an improvement!

     ---> Drink a lot of water. Water will make you feel really full. By feeling full, you won't want food. By not wanting food, you'll succeed. And by succeeding, you won't want to fail. Your own success will motivate you.

     ---> Post on a lot of forums or keep a xanga. Comments will motivate you, as well as reading what everybody else has to say. Some sort of friendly competitiveness might overcome you and you could always aim to do better then the next person.

    ---> Compete with somebody. Trying to lose more than them is always a big motivater, especially if they're tinier than you. Or if they're bigger, try to get even tinier and make them envious. (Hey, nobody said we had to be nice about it..)

    ---> Put a Before-and-After picture of yourself in a place that you constantly see. Remind yourself of how much progress you made, and how much more you want to make. Eating honestly will not bring you closer to perfection, and you know that.

    ---> In random places through out your residence, place pictures of skinny models or things that might somehow remind you not to eat. Just casually place a vogue in the kitchen or tape up models in your room and say that you love fashion, or something of that nature. Remind yourself you want that, not a 490-pound heffer for your future body.

    ---> Pretend that somebody you are really impressed by/nervous around is watching you eat. For example, a really good looking, thin boy, or somebody you see that if really, really thin and beautiful. It will make you eat less and motivate you to be more like them.

    ---> Make a chart somewhere relaying how much you eat everyday. Your motivation would be to eat less/exercise more everyday. What works well is a calendar, just write in your cals in the box. If somebody sees and ask, says its how many meters you walked that day, or something.

    ---> Eat in front of the mirror. You will be disgusting. It will motivate you to eat less -- Nobody should see anybody chewing like that!

    ---> Pick one phrase that you really like and repeat it to yourself, over and over, whenever you want to eat.

    ---> Allow yourself some small bit of your craving. Knowing you have control not to binge will motivate you to futher yourself in restriction.

    ---> Put on a pair of pants you wore at your highest weight. Take a picture in it. Note the differenece!
