Who I am.....
I think about that alot, and how to answer that.
Mother of 3, Grandmother of 1 (I have custody), Nurse, Breadwinner (single parent), loyal friend, advocate for people with disabilities, creative spirit. I would like to say that this is the order I am always in, but it's not. The titles I wear change everyday....more so....sometimes every hour.
I can say, that I am not telling my age. I like being single, and it doesn't bother me that I am the breadwinner in my family. I have been for over 17 years now. I guess you could say I like being in control!
I have 3 great kids. Jon is a Manager Tractor Supply, Matt is working in construction, and Ginna is working at a Rocky Top. My Grandson Evyn is the light of my life, and has been living with me since he was discharged from the NICU in September of 2007.
I am a nurse, and specialize in assisting people with developmental disabilities. It is very rewarding.
