Pennelson Publishing just signed Jolie Dawson, famed baker and pastry chef, for a three book deal. The 1st book, Baking for Simmies, will feature easy to follow recipes for cooks of all skill level and even some child friendly ones. The book is expected to hit local stores this June or July, with the 2nd and 3rd books following shortly.
