CLEANING YOUR CHIMNEY

Before we can install a Pellet Stove into your fireplace you MUST have it cleaned and inspected prior to installation.  The only exception to this is if the chimney is brand new or has not been used.  Even if you had only "a few" fires since the last cleaning you still need to have it cleaned.  It is a safety issue and requirement of all Pellet Stove manufactureres that the chimney be clean before installing their products.  If we arrive to install a stove into a fireplace that is dirty with creosote or damaged we cannot install the stove until the chimney is cleaned or rpeaired. If you need your chimney cleaned we recommend that you give our friend Leopold's Chimney Service a call at 703-901-0241  He has worked with us for many years and we are completely satisfied with his work.
