http://www.ibcsport.co.uk    The IBC Sport website gives information about the sports facilities in Ipswich. It also offers you access to information on clubs, sports development, courses and much more.

http://www.hitension.org.uk    Hi-tension is a trampoline club based in Colchester, (Colchester Leisure World). The club has close links with Pegasus and in the Summer, some Pegasus members join Hi-tension for a Summer camp in Potton.
