Vest Harnesses: Are made from Quality material and have a D-Ring (solid) Attached for easy walking. They close at the chest and neck with velcro for easy on and off. These are designed to protect the sensitive area of the neck. In small breeds this area can be damaged from using regular collers this will not strain that sensitive area. I use solid D-Rings so they will not pull apart when walking. They are also reinforced for protectin and securly fasened with velcro.
