Fill out the Service Hour Form and send it in online...here's how:

1. Open the EXCEL SERVICE HOUR FORM (CLICK HERE)
2. Save the File as YOUR NAME SERVICE HOURS (EX.  Cody Reed Service Hours)
3. Fill out the form...it will add the hours up for you!
4. Save the Service Hour Form again
5. Open up your e-mail
6. To e-mail your form, attach it to the e-mail
7. E-Mail it to Sarah!
