Meeting Schedules
Executive Board Meeting: None are scheduled at this time. (Officer's ONLY)
Key Club Meeting: Every Thursday at 3:20pm in Mrs. Novotnak's Room (English Hallway)(Meetings are now at 3:20pm because the school day has been lengthened from 8am-2:35pm to 8am-3:15pm effective the 2009-2010 school year)
RVH Kiwanis Meeting: Every Wednesday at 7:00am in the Stockholm Inn (Rockford, IL; See Mary for meeting information)

NEW School Times and Grade Policies
Pecatonica School District #321 has lengthened the school day, effective for the 2009-2010 school year. The times are as followed:
Elementary School: 7:55am-3:05pm
Middle School and High School: 8:00am-3:15pm
Pecatonica School District #321 adopted the following extra-curricular code, effective for the 2009-2010 school year. It is as followed:
NO student may particiapte in an extra-curricular activity if he/she is not passing a class with a "D" grade. Extra-curricular activities include Key Club, sports, or any other organization. ****NOTICE: THESE RULES WERE CHANGED AGAIN BACK TO THE ORIGINAL WORDING AS STATED AT THE AUGUST 24 BOARD MEETING****
Regional Training Conference 2009 (RTC)
This years Regional Training Conference, or RTC, will be held Sunday, October 4 at Dixon High School in Dixon, Illinois. ALL OFFICERS MUST ATTEND, and members are strongly encouraged to go. Any questions? See Mrs. Novotnak, President Kate, or Lt. Governor Megan.
Holiday Embrace 2010
It's back! Holiday Embrace 2010 is being held January 9-10 in Oakbrook, Illinois! This dinner and dance benefits Spastic Paralysis, with raffles of items, people, and more! More details will be coming soon, so see Mrs. Novotnak!
District Convention 2010

The Pecatonica Key Club is currently home to the 2009-2010 Division 12 Lt. Governor Megan Caulk. It was past home to the 2007-2009 I-I District Technology Chair Cody Reed, 2007-2008 Division 12 Lt. Governor Emily Mullen, 2007-2008 International Trustee, 2006-2007 I-I District Governor, and 2005-2006 Division 12 Lt. Governor Joe Hartsoe. We have hundreds of projects every year, taking place with over 50 members in a school of 305 students. We are proud to be serving the Village of Pecatonica, population 2,191, for 15 years.
