Pear Tree Road Baptist Church is in membership with the Baptist Union of Great Britain and the East Midland Baptist Association. We are a black majority church with a membership of 85 and an average morning congregation of about the same size.
Our present church building was completed in 1903 and we have been an integral part of our community since then. We are part of the most diverse and multi-cultural area of Derby. We are looking for people who will commit themselves to working with us in this exciting adventure.
Our church thrives on the conviction that God is alive, has spoken His Word and can be known through Jesus Christ. His great purpose is to build His church of which we rejoice in being a part. We invite you to join us.
