December 27th 2006 - Two new Nickelback releases have very recently shown up on internet stores as a pre-order! These two new releases are confirmed to be All The Right Reasons CD/DVD Special Edition and a DVD by the name of Midnight Riders! All The Right Reasons CD/DVD Special Edition is scheduled for release on February 6th 2007 and Midnight Riders DVD is scheduled for release on February 20th 2007!
December 20th 2006 - Today is the third birthday of The Long Road Of Nickelback: Part 1! Although, I haven't started Part 5 or recently updated Part 4, what I have done is made an addition earlier on in the year on April 30th 2006 in the form of The Long Road Of Nickelback: MySpace Group, which has already become the most popular all-Nickelback related MySpace Group, while powering to a strong 2,456 members in just 8 months and 5 days, so now all you Nickelback fans can run along and join that now, too!
This is to thank all those Nickelback fans that have ever visited The Long Road Of Nickelback: Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 & the MSN Group for supporting all of my Nickelback sites so well! Thank you!
December 8th 2006 - Today is the second anniversary of Dimebag Darrell's death from his shooting while on stage with his new band Damage Plan! Nickelback's All The Right Reasons album released in October 2005 saw Nickelback's tribute to Dimebag Darrell on their new album, in the form of the song "Side Of A Bullet!" The song also included an assembled solo of Dimebag Darrell's from the outtakes of Dimebag's guitar playing on two Pantera albums! Dimebag Darrell was truly one of the greatest metal guitarists the world has ever seen, and I'm sure his legend will live on! It was also brought to my attention today that it's the 26th anniversary of John Lennon's shooting, too, so I hope his legend lives on, too, and that Dimebag Darrell and John Lennon both rest in piece!
Dimebag Darrell - August 20th 1966 to December 8th 2004.
December 7th 2006 - The UK have been cheated of yet another Christmas Nickelback single, as the If Everyone Cared single will now not be released most likely until early 2007! Apparently, there was a delay in making the official music video, which meant that RoadRunnerRecords UK had to put the UK release of If Everyone Cared back to early 2007! If you remember, exactly the same thing happened last Christmas with the Far Away single! So, I don't believe this is really a coincidence, infact, I believe that Nickelback will NEVER have a Christmas number 1 as long as they are signed to RoadRunnerRecords! Also, to add to the fact of the delay in the UK single, there seems to be no new news about the Live DVD that has been delayed, too, as well as RoadRunnerRecords consistantly removing the If Everyone Cared music video from YouTube.Com due to copyright infringement! Why don't you just kick us in the balls RRR!?
December 5th 2006 - Nickelback won three awards last night at the BillBoard Music Awards! The three awards included: Best Rock Album for All The Right Reasons; Best Artist - Duo/Group Of The Year; and Hot 100 Best Artist - Duo/Group! Nickelback also performed a ZZ Top song called Tush alongside Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top and Kid Rock! Kid Rock was singing lead vocals instead of Chad Kroeger, though! You can stream this amazing performance here from YouTube.Com!
December 2nd 2006 - You can now stream Nickelback's newest music video If Everyone Cared here from YouTube.Com or if you are a member of The Official Nickelback Forum, then you can download it for free if you have permission to their Downloads section! I have just saw for the first time Nickelback's newest music video If Everyone Cared! I was shocked how different and original it is from Nickelback's other music videos, and in my opinion is arguably not just one of the best Nickelback music videos, but also one of the most thought provoking!
December 1st 2006 - The good news is, is that the If Everyone Cared music video is set to debut in Germany tonight (December 1st 2006) on VIVA somewhere between 11PM and 12PM Central European time! VIVA will be repeated on Saturday between 2PM and 3PM and Sunday between 9AM and 10AM!
November 30th 2006 - Question of the day - Does RoadRunnerRecords know what day it is!?
I ask this, because it is Thursday and nobody seemed to know at RoadRunnerRecords that the single was due to be released in the UK on Monday, November 27th 2006! This being the case, because they haven't actually released it in the UK yet! I know this, because yesterday (November 29th 2006) I was in Liverpool's City Centre, and I went into Virgin Megastores and asked a very helpful member of staff there if he could check! And so he did check the entire database for Nickelback and If Everyone Cared in two separate searches! The latest single was in fact Savin' Me and no Nickelback related searches for If Everyone Cared came up on the database! I was there as he checked!
November 27th 2006 - If Everyone Cared is released today! Go to your nearest music shop and buy it!
November 26th 2006 - Rumour has it that there will be another Nickelback single released in early 2007! With all of the fans crying out for Fight For All The Wrong Reasons to be released as Nickelback's next single, will RoadRunnerRecords give the Nickelback fans what they want or will they go for a more up-tempo Someone That You're With!?
November 24th 2006 - I have watched Chad Kroeger's special video appearance acceptance speech from the World Music Awards and while it was a little disappointing to not see all of Nickelback in the video appearance, and the fact of how short it was, there was one interesting fact that came out of it! Chad Kroeger said that Nickelback are in the studio, and that is why Nickelback could not be at the World Music Awards! A new album or a Spider-Man 3 Soundtrack!? Speculate to your heart's content, but Nickelback is in the studio!
November 23rd 2006 - Chad Kroeger appeared on the UK Music Hall Of Fame on Channel 4 on Sunday night at 9PM commenting on Bon Jovi in the video as Bon Jovi were inducted inyo the UK Music Hall Of Fame! Tonight, Nickelback appear on two major awards shows that will be aired tonight from 9PM! The American Music Awards (AMAs) will be aired on ITV2 starting at 9PM and ending at 10:30PM! Then, Channel 4 will be airing the World Music Awards at 11:35PM! While, Nickelback did not perform on either of these awards shows, they made a special video appearance acceptance speech for the World Music Awards for their Best Rock Group Award, and Nickelback presented an award, as well as winning the Best Rock Album category at the American Music Awards (AMAs)! I am not sure how long the special video appearance acceptance speech for the World Music Awards is, though! ITV2 is channel 6 on FreeView, so be sure to check your TVs tonight to see if you have the appropriate TV channels!
November 22nd 2006 - Nickelback won the Best Rock Album Award for All The Right Reasons tonight at the American Music Awards (AMAs)! Nickelback beat the competition in a tough category including The Red Hot Chilli Peppers for Stadium Arcadium and the High Street Musical Soundtrack featuring various artists! Nickelback also presented an award!
November 15th 2006 - Happy 32nd Birthday to Chad Kroeger! What a way to celebrate your Birthday than for your band to win the Best Rock Group Award at The World Music Awards!?
Nickelback won the Best Rock Group Award tonight at The World Music Awards! Nickelback beat the competition in a tough category with Keane at #5; Green Day at #4; The Red Hot Chilli Peppers at #3; Coldplay at #2; and Nickelback at #1!
November 10th 2006 - Nickelback won a BillBoard Touring Award yesterday at the third annual BillBoard Touring Conference in New York! Nickelback won the Breakthrough Act Award, which relates to a band that is still within its first decade of touring, which manages to break BillBoard's Top 25 Tours for the first time!
October 16th 2006 - The Official Nickelback Forum has returned today after it's lengthy absence due to a hacker attacking the Forum! The Official Nickelback Forum has now started from scratch, because the Forum was so badly damaged by the attack on it!!! It is only going to become the community that it once was, if you go there and join up again!
October 13th 2006 - I hate to be the bearer of very bad news (and quite fatefully on October, Friday the 13th)!!! I have two bad pieces of news, one is a rumour and the other is a rumour that is as good as confirmed!!!
The DVD that we have been waiting for for 4 years has been...[Drum roll, please!!!]...You guessed it!!! CANCELLED!!! Thanks to Daniel E. Catullo III not impressing Chad with his directing skills!!! Chad Kroeger watched the final edit of the DVD, didn't approve of it, and therefore it's been cancelled!!! Unfortunately, this is the rumour that is as good as confirmed!!!
The second rumour, which I have not seen or heard any confirmation of, is that Nickelback have also cancelled their five South African tour dates, but I repeat that this rumour is not confirmed!!!
The only good news to come out of the DVD cancellation is that Nickelback will be back touring in 2007 to re-record their Live DVD!!! However, this in itself has a knock-on affect of bad news, as it could substantially hold up the release of Nickelback's seventh album!!!
THANKS A LOT DANIEL E. CATULLO III!!! YOU'RE A GREAT DIRECTOR!!!...NOT!!!
I say bring back Nigel Dick who directed Nickelback: Live At Home and send this muppet home!!!
October 6th 2006 - After an unsuccessful Animals single in Australia, RoadRunnerRecords Australia will be releasing If Everyone Cared as Nickelback's next single in Australia! It apparently has hit Australian radio stations from October 2nd 2006! It is currently unclear exactly what countries will have the If Everyone Cared single released, meanwhile it is also unclear what is happening with the Rock Star single! Come on RoadRunnerRecords!!! UK Nickelback fans want a 4th single released here!!! Just a reminder for those many people that think that September 16th 2006 was the end of Nickelback's World Tour for the All The Right Reasons album, but obviously don't remember that Nickelback have 5 tour dates in South Africa for the first-time ever this year!
September 29th 2006 - Nickelback have been nominated for 3 awards at The 2006 American Music Awards! Nickelback are joint top on nominations alongside Mariah Carey; The Red Hot Chilli Peppers; and The Black Eyed Peas! Nickelback have been nominated for Favourite Album; Favourite Band, Duo or Group in the Pop/Rock category and are up against The Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Pearl Jam for Favourite Artist in the Alternative Music category! The American Music Awards award winners will be announced during a live star-studded show featuring celebrity presenters; live performances; and more surprises that will be broadcasted live on ABC-TV on Tuesday, November 21st 2006 at 8PM ET/PT!
September 27th 2006 - Lukas Rossi, who performed Chad Kroeger's Hero acoustically earlier on in the TV series Tommy Lee's Rock Star Supernova, is now the new front man of Supernova! Supernova offered the runner-up Dilahna an opportunity to take the house band and tour with Supernova! While, third place contestant Toby Rand won a car in the semi-final for earning the encore performance on the results show; fifth place contestant Storm Large was told that Dave Navarro and Gilby Clarke would like to play on her future solo effort; and Ryan Starr who finished sixth won a car for earning the Fan Favourite Performance in the Final! Supernova have confirmed tour dates to go on tour with Dave Navarro's The Panic Channel and Dilahna from December 31st 2006 at The Hard Rock Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada, NV, USA through to February 27th 2007 at Long Beach Arena, Long Beach Convention Centre, Long Beach, California, CA, USA!
August 30th 2006 - Lukas Rossi, who performed Chad Kroeger's Hero acoustically on Tommy Lee's Rock Star Supernova is through to the next round with flying colours, once again avoiding the dreaded bottom three, which means that he is now through to the last 7 from the 15 that started this series!
August 29th 2006 - Lukas Rossi performed Chad Kroeger's Hero acoustically on Tommy Lee's Rock Star Supernova recently! For those of you not in the know, Tommy Lee's Rock Star Supernova is a super-group consisting of Tommy Lee (former Motley Crue drummer); Jason Newstead (former Metallica bass guitarist); and Gilby Clarke (former Guns 'N' Roses guitarist)! The one missing ingredient is a musician to front the band! All of the three members give their opinions on the performance, also alongside is Dave Navarro, who isn't in the band, as he is currently playing the guitar for a band called The Panic Channel! The program airs on Sky Three (channel 11 on FreeView) every Monday and Tuesday, usually from 9PM, but tonight has switched to 10PM for the results show, followed by a regular half-an-hour Behind The Scenes program at 11PM! Lukas Rossi is currently in the last 8 of the competition, and considering that he performed one of my favourite songs, I'll be sure to let you all know whether he gets through to the next stage of the competition!
August 28th 2006 - Nickelback are confirmed to be touring in South Africa for the first-time ever, later this year! The tour dates will span from November 25th through to December 3rd 2006! There are 5 tour dates in all! The great news about this, is that the significant gap of just over 2 months from the end of the USA Tour Dates, through to the start of the South African Tour Dates suggests that there may be some truth in the rumours that Nickelback will be back touring across Europe, although that is not yet confirmed! The 5 South African Tour Dates, however, are confirmed by RoadRunnerRecords USA's Nickelback Tour Dates page, as well as many websites on the internet! To find all the Tour Dates from the All The Right Reasons Tour, look nowhere else but The Long Road Of Nickelback's Tour Dates section!
August 17th 2006 - Alright! The good news first or the bad news first!?
- The good news - I have just learnt that this Friday (August 18th 2006) will see a big announcement made at 7PM USA time, that is possibly about this DVD! Just what exactly the announcement will include about the DVD isn't knowledge that I have, so we'll just have to wait until Friday for hopefully something very special, that delivers what we all expect it will!
- The bad news - The crazy news that has emerged is that the Nickelback DVD titled Pictures that is listed on Amazon, due for release in the USA on September 12th 2006, and also now already released in Germany on August 15th 2006, is actually not the second official live Nickelback DVD! It is rumoured to be either a rip-off of The Road To Success DVD under a new name, or possibly a new compilation of music videos. However, the content is completely unknown, so we will all have to wait for that to be listed!
August 16th 2006 - Nickelback's second official live DVD is confirmed by Amazon USA to be called Pictures and to be released on September 12th 2006, although the track list has not yet been announced, this is extremely exciting news! You will be able to buy it from Amazon USA here! It's just too bad that we wouldn't be able to wait until Christmas for our families to buy it for us!!! GET YOUR CASH READY

August 14th 2006 - Nickelback's second official live DVD is confirmed to be released later this year! Coming Home Studios, who will be releasing the second official live Nickelback DVD, have signed a deal with Nickelback to do so, and has confirmed a number of key details of what the DVD will include on the Upcoming Projects page of Coming Home Studios' website! The details include that this DVD will be released in late 2006, and will be directed by Daniel E. Catullo III. The DVD will be made up of concert footage from the All The Right Reasons World Tour, with the Rock 'N' The Rally show at Sturgis, South Dakota, USA from August 8th 2006 being the main concert, meaning that there maybe footage from more than one concert! On top of this, the DVD will also include a TV special also with an extensive documentary that will also be filmed throughout the All The Right Reasons World Tour from locations across the world, but is not confirmed whether the extensive documentary is the TV special, or an extra added feature! Pre-orders will be available soon, so keep checking the Upcoming Projects page for the link to it! Nickelback's concert, which is featured as the main concert on the forthcoming DVD at Sturgis, will also be on the forthcoming Rock 'N' The Rally DVD, released by the same company!
July 14th 2006 - The Nickelback song that Chris Daughtry and Elliott Yamin have recently covered during The American Idols Live Tour is Savin' Me! While the quality of the audio and video isn't that good, it gives a slight showing of what these talented upcoming stars can do from American Idol, and a taste of things to come with Chris Daughtry's collaboration with Chad Kroeger later this year! You can find amateur video of the live performance from Chris & Elliott here!
July 13th 2006 - American Idol: Season 5 rock star vocalist, Chris Daughtry who finished 4th on the show, will start recording his debut solo album this September, after he has finished the 3 month long American Idol Tour with the rest of the final contestants. Chris Daughtry has not only promised a solid rock album with no pop, but also plans to collaborate with Chad Kroeger! Chris Daughtry has also collaborated with fellow American Idol: Season 5 contestant Elliott Yamin on a cover version of a Nickelback song on the American Idol Tour! The record label that Chris Daughtry has signed to, which has also signed winner Taylor Hicks and runner-up Katherine McPhee titled 19 Recordings/Arista has already commented on his debut album by saying that he has already got underway working with "A-list collaborators" and that the album will be released late 2006!
Chris Daughtry has already made his impact on the BillBoard Charts with his cover version of Bon Jovi's Wanted Dead Or Alive, which debuted at number 16 on BillBoard's Hot Digital Tracks survey and number 43 on the Hot 100! For more current information on the subject, visit Idol On Fox!
I'll be sure to bring you more news on Chris Daughtry's collaboration with Chad Kroeger for Chris Daughtry's upcoming debut solo album, as soon as more news arrives on the subject!
July 1st 2006 - I have found on YouTube.Com, what may be The Official Music Video for Nickelback's Animals! If so, then it is a live video, not taken from the upcoming live DVD, and not the naughty raunchy music video that people wanted. But, as I stress the two words may be, as this could possibly be the official video, but it may not be, it's still a good watch, though! Click here for the music video!
June 29th 2006 - Chad Kroeger was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding in Lower Mainland, Surrey, British Columbia, Canada on June 22nd 2006! No charges have been put forward yet, but the RCMP have said that they will propose drunk driving charges against Chad Kroeger! I wonder if this will mean that he will have to do Community Service on the day of a Nickelback concert!?
And apparently, rumour has it, that Chad Kroeger had his car door opened up, so he can jump out on the run!!! Only joking!!! That's a slightly changed quote from Animals!!! Is it just me, or is Chad Kroeger actually trying to do the things that he writes about in his songs at the moment? First the bong incident at the MuchMusic Video Awards on live TV on June 18th 2006, and now this on June 22nd 2006!? Come on Chad, please don't be the next Pete Doherty, with the only difference of actually having talent! You, as well Nickelback do not need to ride on notoriety to sell albums, just look at the sales of All The Right Reasons for proof of that!
For more information, visit CTV.ca here!
June 25th 2006 - Happy 34th Birthday to Mike Kroeger!
June 22nd 2006 - New forthcoming video game Flatout 2 will feature Flat On The Floor and Believe It Or Not by Nickelback on it's rock inspired soundtrack! Flatout 2 is released on June 30th 2006 for PS2, XBox and PC! Visit Flatout 2's Official Site here!
June 5th 2006 - Savin' Me - The third single from Nickelback's newest album All The Right Reasons is out today! The Savin' Me single tracklisting is impressive, including Savin' Me (Pop Edit); Animals (Live); Follow You Home (Live); and Savin' Me (Video)! Animals (Live) and Follow You Home (Live) are both previously unreleased live versions! So, if they are not enough reasons to buy this single, then what is? Don't forget Nickelback's UK Tour supporting Bon Jovi! For more Nickelback tour dates, visit The Long Road Of Nickelback: Part 1's Tour Dates page!
An added point is that during the Silver Side Up singles, Nickelback released previously unreleased live versions of songs, so could this show that a potential sequel to the Nickelback: Live At Home DVD is around the corner!?May 23rd 2006 - Unfortunately, for all you American Nickelback fans, Chevelle - One of the two support bands for Nickelback's headlining USA tour have been forced to pull out of 8 tour dates, ranging from June 30th through to July 26th 2006! Chevelle were forced to pull out, because their bass guitarist Dean Bernardini has injured his left hand. Hinder will replace Chevelle as Nickelback's support! Hoobastank has already been confirmed as Nickelback's support throughout this stint Nickelback's headlining USA Tour! While, Chevelle's Official Site has confirmed that Chevelle will support Nickelback throughout Nickelback's headlining USA Tour from August 9th to September 16th 2006!
May 16th 2006 - You can now pre-order 2 previously unreleased versions of Savin' Me. To pre-order the acoustic version text NICKELBACK to 81330 or to pre-order the radio mix text NICKELBACK RADIO to 81330. Texts cost £1.50 plus standard network operator charges, and work from the UK only. On June 5th click here and enter your PIN code to claim your download. To pre-order by credit card or debit card click here!

The stretch of the confirmed 25 new USA Tour Dates starts on August 9th 2006 and ends on September 16th 2006, although Nickelback will be playing the USA from June 30th 2006 onwards, except for their Candian Tour Date at Parc Jean Drapeau in Montreal, Quebec on July 13th 2006!
May 2nd 2006 - The Long Road Of Nickelback: MySpace Group has now been officially launched! This was created on April 30th 2006, so just give it some time, and we will probably be seeing a repeat of what happened with The Long Road Of Nickelback: The MSN Group! YEAH!!! LOL!!! Anyways...Feel free to join and post replies to current topics, create your own topics and quite generally help this community grow through whatever input you feel like putting in. SEE YOU AT THE MYSPACE GROUP!!!
May 1st 2006 - Nickelback have announced 6 new confirmed tour dates! However, what makes this Nickelback news exciting is that, FINALLY these tour dates do not include Bon Jovi! Instead, Chevelle and Hoobastank are supporting Nickelback, meaning Nickelback are back to headlining the USA! YEAH

April 22nd 2006 - Tour promoters have now confirmed all of the support bands for Nickelback's upcoming Australian Tour! All of Nickelback's support bands will be Australian bands. Nickelback will be joined by King Pin at Burswood Dome in Perth; Foreshore at Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Adelaide; Jake Kartel at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne; Ultimo at Sydney Entertainment Centre in Sydney and Newcastle Entertainment Centre in Newcastle; and Small Mercies at Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane. Nickelback will arrive tomorrow before starting their Australian Tour on Monday (April 24th 2006).
April 21st 2006 - Australian rock band Ultimo will be supporting Nickelback on April 29th 2006 at the Sydney Entertainment Centre and May 2nd 2006 at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre! However, it is unclear whether Ultimo will also support Nickelback in the rest of Nickelback's Australian Tour Dates. In other Nickelback touring news, Bon Jovi has confirmed an 8th UK Tour Date for June 13th 2006 at The KC Stadium, Hull, UK. However, it is unconfirmed whether or not Nickelback will be supporting for this tour date, so stay tuned! For more Nickelback tour dates, visit The Long Road Of Nickelback: Part 1's Tour Dates page!
April 20th 2006 - The tracklisting to Nickelback's third single from All The Right Reasons is finally confirmed! The single Savin' Me will have the following tracklisting: Savin' Me (Pop Edit); Animals (Live); Follow You Home (Live); and Savin' Me (Video)! The Savin' Me single will be released in Australia and the USA on April 24th 2006; Germany on May 5th 2006; and the UK on June 5th 2006!
April 15th 2006 - Last night, Bon Jovi released a press statement confirming that Bon Jovi will be returning to Philadelphia, USA on July 15th 2006, but this time with Nickelback! You can read the full press statement at Bon Jovi's Official Site!
April 8th 2006 - Savin' Me is confirmed to be the 3rd single from All The Right Reasons in the UK! The UK release date for Savin' Me is June 5th to coincide with Nickelback's UK Tour! However, other countries will be getting the single significantly earlier than the UK! Australia and the USA will get Savin' Me on April 24th 2006, which coincides with the start of Nickelback's Australian Tour, while Germany will have the release on May 5th 2006, which will be around a week before the start of Nickelback's Germany Tour!
April 4th 2006 - Nickelback quite surprisingly, despite everyone thinking that they were going to sweep the boards at The JUNO Awards 2006 only won 2 out of their 7 Nominations! However, it's still 2 new awards in Nickelback's large trophy cabinet! Nickelback won the 2006 JUNO Awards for Group Of The Year and Rock Album Of The Year! Nickelback done a breath-taking performance of Savin' Me! The performance voted best was Cold Play's Talk, but Bryan Adams' 18 Till I Die and Nickelback's Savin' Me was close behind! Despite clearly saying that you can view all of the JUNO Awards 2006 performances, CTV.Ca has clearly left out the video of one performance, and that is of Nickelback's Savin' Me! So, we'll all just have to keep a look out for the appearance of it, if and when it arrives! The place to look out for it is here!
March 31st 2006 - It turns out that The New Wembley Stadium is so unfinished and behind schedule, that it won't even be holding the annual football event The Charity Shield on August 13th 2006! Infact, it won't be the host for anything until 2007 for definate! With this news, it is now confirmed that Nickelback's support of Bon Jovi for June 10th & 11th 2006 in the UK will now be hosted by The Bowl, Milton Keynes, UK! If you do already have a ticket, then it will be valid for The Bowl in Milton Keynes, UK! Tickets have already went on sale, so if you haven't got a ticket and you want to go...GET ONE!
March 30th 2006 - Seen as the NBForum is and has been The Official Nickelback Forum for some time now, you may have seen a topic started today, in which in my opinion it is levelled at ruining all the work that I've done on this series of websites! The topic is by Jo Shields and before I go on, it's 100% BULLSHIT! At this moment in time, I am physically shaking with anger! I am thoroughly disgusted! And I will totally 100% NOT put up with these kind of claims!
I am deeply upset that Jo Shields has went to the length of publically naming me, as well as good as saying I steel concert reviews and do not respect the laws of copyright.
I do respect the laws of copyright, and this is why I ask permission for any concert reviews that I wish to use. It's also why I credit the person who has wrote the concert review on the main page of links to the Fan Submitted Concert Reviews and at the end of the Fan Submitted Concert Review.
I have also been accused of steeling information from other websites and The Official Nickelback Forum. This is NOT true! I research information, then I put it into my own words, and my own presentation, unless I am using a quote, which is made quite clear whenever I do.
I have seen a number of people replying to Jo Shields' rambling and I want all of you to know that it is NOT true.
Also, make sure to go and send an e-mail or message to the owner of The Official Nickelback Forum, asking him what I did, before I used his concert review and how it was all handled. This itself, proves I should not face my IP address being blocked from The Official Nickelback Forum.
Also, I want you to know that late last year I was clearly gave permission to use her concert review of the September 20th 2005 Nickelback show at The Shepherds Bush Empire, and the only reason I hadn't put it on already, was because I have 56K. I had managed to put it up into a website, for it to later be linked. Unfortunately, this will now NOT be happening and on top of this I face probably having my IP address blocked from visiting The Official Nickelback Forum, as well as having a potential dip in visits. These ramblings on by Jo Shields simply aren't needed and aren't neccessary, as she quite clearly already knows that I ask permission before I use Nickelback fans' concert reviews, as well as crediting them at least three times (including the Updates! section).
I intend to make it quite clear to all of my visitors very shortly when FreeWebs is fully back online and is not temperarily unavailable.
It's also very enlightening to see what I thought were some of my friends had to say about me! All I try to do on the internet is entertain the fans of the bands that I have websites on, and when you consider I have even stopped playing games online to do this, I don't think anyone peaks behind the bullshit lies and sees what a good job I'm trying to do!
Because this entire petty affair has happened I will now only be using people's Fan Submitted Concert Reviews with an e-mail of permission, that way anymore complaints can be laid to rest, instantly!
From a disgusted, angry Jason!
March 8th 2006 - Nickelback will be supporting Rock 'N' Roll legends The Rolling Stones in New Zealand on April 16th at Auckland Western Springs & April 18th at Wellington Westpac Stadium in 2006!!! That's right! "It's the Stones; it's the fuckin' Stones!!!" YEAH!!!
For more Nickelback tour dates, visit The Long Road Of Nickelback: Part 1's Tour Dates page!
March 1st 2006 - Happy 33rd Birthday to Ryan Peake!
February 27th 2006 - Nickelback's newest UK single Far Away entered the Top 40 UK Singles Chart the Sunday before last (February 20th 2006) at the unfortunate position of number 40! And yesterday's chart proved it to climb up no further! Nickelback are out of the Top 40 UK Singles Chart after the week of entry once again! However, when you consider the recent news that Nickelback have actually achieved over 1,000,000 legal downloads of All The Right Reasons' opening single Photograph, it makes the Top 40 UK Singles Chart entry and drop-out pail into insignificance! Infact, only six artists other than Nickelback have achieved the feet of having a single legally downloaded over 1,000,000 times! Well done Nickelback!
February 23rd 2006 - Today sees the first anniversary of the amazingly successful The Long Road Of Nickelback: MSN Group! The Long Road Of Nickelback: MSN Group is so amazingly successful, because it holds the largest community of Nickelback fans on MSN Groups with 293 members! In around 6 months, The Long Road Of Nickelback: MSN Group had managed to knock the leader of the Nickelback MSN Groups communities back into second place by a small margin, however that margin has now increased to over double the second largest community of Nickelback fans on MSN Groups! Infact, The Long Road Of Nickelback: MSN Group now has 160 more members than the second largest community of Nickelback fans on MSN Groups! You'd have to say, if Nickelback were to change an already existing Nickelback MSN Group into an Official Nickelback MSN Group (just like with the NBForum), then The Long Road Of Nickelback: MSN Group looks to be the favourite; and that makes me feel fantastic! Come on Nickelback PR people! I'm waiting!
Thanks all of you Nickelback fans that have joined! Visit, then join The Long Road Of Nickelback: MSN Group here!
February 21st 2006 - From today until February 28th 2006; you can preview Nickelback's upcoming music video for their upcoming single Savin' Me at AOL Music! As well as the preview of Savin' Me, there is currently an entire feature on Nickelback! I previewed the Savin' Me video twice, and despite having 56K, it looks a great concept and a fantastic music video! It is also nice to see that Nickelback is using acting rather than live video for their new singles! YEAH! Check it out here!
February 19th 2006 - Happy 31st Birthday to Daniel Adair!

Could Nickelback sweep the board or will 604 Records' Theory Of A Dead Man quite ironically win Group Of The Year and Rock Album Of The Year???
February 14th 2006 - Nickelback's newest UK single Far Away was released yesterday! Infact, I even seen an advert for it last night at around 10PM on the music video channel called The Hits (channel 18 on FreeView)! The advert played the music video with audio, with a voice-over mentioning that it was Nickelback's latest single and that it has 2 b-sides, aswell as the featured song! So, go on all you Nickelback fans! Put Nickelback in The UK Singles Chart at number 1!!!...If that's possible with all of the chart placement of singles nowadays!!!
February 7th 2006 - Nickelback's new USA single is confirmed to be Savin' Me! The music video for Savin' Me has already been filmed, and as Photograph and Far Away, Nigel Dick directs what I'm sure will be an excellent music video for Nickelback once again!

January 10th 2006 - 2005 has saw The Long Road Of Nickelback series hit new heights of popularity and achievement! The Long Road Of Nickelback: Part 1 achieved past 10,000 visits by January 15th 2005, but already has reached past 28,300 visits and counting, therefore reaching past 8,300 visits more than Part 1 did in it's first year!
However, I know that I promised some new features for 2005, and I haven't brought all of them to you yet, but this is due to my ongoing battle to get my dad to bring broadband to my house for the same price as he is currently paying for 56K! However, he promises that he will bring me broadband this January or give me £100, so I can't say fairer than that right now!
I promise to bring more of the improvements that I promised last year, this year! Features including an extensive picture section; an extensive Past Tour Dates section; and I am also hoping to add to the Links and Discography/Videography with new sections in both! Also, The Nickelback Quiz will be returning shortly! I will also be extending The Long Road Of Nickelback series by adding new features to The Long Road Of Nickelback: Part 4!
January 8th 2006 - Far Away is available at The Hits by dialling 09056 525 777, then add the selection number 110 - Calls cost £1...Happy requesting!
