In the Cold Hemisphere of the North Pole on the Nomansland at the island of Sptsbergen the following text was carved in the ethernal ice of a gletsjer:
TOLERANCE & VARIETY.
This wish for the future of mankind was executed by the sculptor/traveller Walter Bartelings on request of the conceptual artist Paul Donker Duyvis in 1996.
