2) You will then be given the opportunity to change the quantity (of hours) that you wish to purchase.  Click on "update shopping cart"

3) If you wish to purchase pre-paid 5 or 10 hours blocks, click on one of the buttons below:

4) When finished, click on the "Begin Checkout" button below which will allow you to finalize the purchase and then take you to the secure PayPal website. 

5) Log in to PayPal (if you have an existing PayPal account) or create a new PayPal account.   PayPal payments accepted include all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX).   I will be notified of your PayPal payment via e-mail and will call you back (be sure to let me know your name, mailing address & phone number if you are not already in our database).  Should your prepaid support time not be used fully (in increments of 15 minutes); then we will "bank" the remaining time for up to one year (from date of initial payment).   Please be sure to review the "Terms of Sale" page, print it out, sign and date it and fax it us at 215 - 318 - 5261 as it forms the formal agreement between us.

Note:  This prepaid support is designed for telephone or on-line support & training for any DOS or Windows version of BatchMaster or Sage PFW.   Should you require on-site support, please contact us for more details, as additional costs (such as travel expenses) might be incurred.
