ABOUT ME:
Myself, Prashant Bahadur, Born in Surat, Gujarat on 23rd of February 1982. My Parents, Dr Pratap Bahadur is a professor of Chemistry in South Gujarat University and my Mother, Dr. Anita Bahadur is a professor of Zoology in PT Science. My Brother, Sushant Bahadur is doing his BTech in Electronics Engineering. I Joined KV-Surat in 1987 and did all my schooling there. Completing my 12th Grade with 82%, I was admitted in SCET, Surat in my cherished engineering branch - Chemical Engineering. 1999-2003 was spent in SCET. I gave my GRE and TOEFL in 2003. I was a lecturer of Chemical Engineering with Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics as the core subject taught. Then I came to Lamar University, Texas to do my Master's in Chemical Engineering. Joined Dr Rafael Tadmor's group for my thesis specializing in Surface Science. I completed my Master's in May 2006. I joined S.C Johnson, a Consumer Product company as a Research Scientist. I worked on cleaning products like Windex, Pledge and Oust. Ph.D. being a requirement for progress in the field of research I decided to do my Ph.D. in Lamar University. Started my Ph.D. from January 2007. [Resume]
