Chicago Blackhawks General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the Blackhawks have agreed to terms with goaltender Patrick Lalime on a 1-year contract saaid to be worth $950,000.

Lalime made 28 saves in a 7-1 loss to the San Jose Sharks. Bill Guerin got a penalty shot given to him due to Patrick. Lalime may play in one of the upcoming games either on Thursday against LA (Savard may want to make his team prove to Lalime) or Fiday against Anihiem.
"It is definitely disappointing," Lalime said. "We played well the last three games and before that. Tonight, the other team was better than us, especially in the first period. They set the tone."
