4 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
,SALT+PEPPER,
3 TEASPOONS CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY,

3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER,
1 QUARTER CUP FLOUR,
1 CUP HEAVY CREAM.
IN A DUTCH OVEN ON MED. HEAT COOK BACON UNTILL CHRISP. REMOVE FROM PAN,SET ASIDE. DRAIN OFF HALF THE BACON GREESE. RETURN TO HEAT. ADD CELERY+ONION AND SATUTE FOR 2-3 MIN.THEN ADD GARLIC AND POTATOS,TOSS TO COAT. SAUTE 2-3 MIN.MORE. ADD CHICKEN STOCK COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL POTATOS ARE FORK TENDER. IN A SEPARATE PAN MELT BUTTER AND ADD FLOUR.WHISK 2-3 MIN. THEN ADD HEAVY CREAM AND BRING TO BOIL. STIR CONSTANTLY.ADD PARSLEY,SALT+PEPPER TO TASTE,ADD TARRAGON.STIR UNTILL THICK.ADD CREAM MIXTURE BACK TO DUTCH OVEN.LET SIMMER 5 MINN. NOTE REMOVE 1 QUARTER OF THE POTATO SOUP LET COOL AND BLEND. DRAIN WELL ADD TO FRYING PAN TOSS. ADD SHRIMP TURN HEAT TO MED. ADD SHRIMP COOK 5 MIN. ADD PARSLEY+BASIL. I LIKE TO ADD A LITTLE BLACK PEPPER. TOSS WELL. PLACE ON LARGE PLATTER AND TOP WITH GRATED PARMESAN CHESSE. SERVE WITH A NICE SALAD AND A GOOD CRUSTY BREAD BREAD. ENJOY.

IN A SMALL BOWL MIX BUTTER,LEMON JUICE,AND WINE. POUR OVER SCALLOPS. BAKE 12-15 MIN. OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.TOP WITH FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY. ENJOY.

PLACE BEEF BONES IN OVEN AT 450. FOR 20 MIN. TURNING A COUPLE TIMES. REMOVE AND PUT INTO LARGE POT AND COVER WITH WATER. LET SIMMER.IN A LARGE FRYING PAN PLACE BUTTER AND SLICED ONIONS. LET SIMMER ON LOW. UNTIL ONIONS GET GOLDEN BROWN. ADD TO BEEF BONES. SIMMER 15 MORE MIN. ADD PEPPER. PLACE FRENCH BREAD IN OVEN TILL TOSTED. PLACE SOUP IN BOWLS AND TOP WIT FRENCH BREAD AND CHEESE. LET SIT A MIN. OR TWO. UNTIL CHEESE MELTS ENJOY.

SHAPE INTO ONE INCH BALLS. AND PLACE ON GREASED COOKIE SHEETS.USE BOTTOM OF GLASS TO PRESS INTO 1 QUARTER IN COOKIES.SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR. BAKE 10-12 MIN. UNTIL LIGHTLY GOLDEN.MAKE AROUND 36.

IN A SAUCE PAN ON LOW HEAT ADD WATER,BUTTER,CARMEL,AND MARSHMALLOWS.STIR UNTILL SMOOTH.ADD VANILLA,NUTS,AND RICE KRISPY.BLEND WELL. PRESS INTO A 9 INCH GREASED BAKING PAN.LET COOL AND CUT INTO SQUARES. ENJOY.
